25/01/2026: Lunch for 15 people with a set menu consisting of an appetizer (crostini with bacon), which were very good, though overly salty. A second course (spaghetti alla carbonara) was very popular. I didn't like the mezze maniche alla Matriciana, and the second course (porchetta di Ariccia with fennel) was a real disappointment! The pecorino cheese covered the flavor of everything else in every dish. The service wasn't excellent, but it wasn't bad either. The decision not to have a house wine or even a bottle, in my opinion, penalizes the customer, who is forced to buy a bottle and thus raises the final price of the already expensive meal. The set price for the menu was €40 per person, excluding drinks. We paid €55 each, including coffee, liqueurs, and various grappas. The final price didn't live up to the expectations for the meal and the quality of the food. The restaurant was aesthetically pleasing, but the atmosphere was a bit too warm inside. My final verdict is neither good nor bad.

22/01/2026: Excellent Roman cuisine restaurant. Prices aren't particularly cheap, but every dish is high-quality, so the value is definitely worth it. Not only is the Roman cuisine excellent, but the quality of the food and desserts is also very good.
