04/01/2026: In the countryside, a traditional trattoria under new management but with unwavering quality. People come here for the exquisite borlenghi (you don't order them, you grab them on the fly from a passing waiter), the original first courses, and a triumph of gnocco and tigelle. The homemade desserts are also delicious. They'll forgive a few overlapping courses and an oversight; on peak days, it's truly packed.
