06/11/2025: In my humble opinion, one of the top three restaurants in the entire region. The food is excellent (very varied and thoughtful appetizers), generous first courses, and incredibly high-quality meat-based second courses. The atmosphere is a dream. The wait staff is professional, especially Mimmo, an excellent host who takes great care of his guests. The quality/price ratio is reasonable. Rotondella, a wonderful little village.
04/11/2025: Great Basilicata’s food experience.
Our menù was simple like traditional Basilicata food, yet sooo good.
Frizzuli and Cruschi are the must-try dishes to have a glimpse of the taste of Basilicata.
Prices were super honest, quantities more than average and the service was rustic like the one you can have at home.
Really, a place which deserves to be visited, maybe more than once!

06/02/2026: We had a night at the local camper stop and checked with Google maps and the restaurant web site which gave no indication it was closed in fact Google maps said it was open at 13:00 to 15:00 so we went to get a meal. After sitting outside for 30 mins and finding no life at the restaurant we left. We were going to spend two nights at the camper stop but after this we decided to move on. I hope this restaurant can publish some information when it does open or at the very least what people have to do to get it to open.
05/02/2026: Unfortunately, it seems to be closed at present, despite what Google says!
