The filling is good, but on the same plate, some are overcooked and others border on undercooked. This suggests a lack of attention during cooking, or worse, a pastry rolled out to varying thicknesses. Off the menu are "golden" frogs: the proverb says even a ciabatta is good when fried, but for €25, we expected something better than just eight frog legs per person. And the traditional dishes are a strong point, thanks to the quality of the ingredients and their preparation: cured meats (the shoulder cooked with mustard is a must), traditional tortelli, but also meats like roasted pork shoulder, and snails à la bourgogne. Finally, the homemade desserts are always delicious. The service is friendly and professional. In short, it's an experience definitely worth the trip.
