Beautiful location and that's where the fun ends.
•Hasty and incompetent staff run around the room like in a marathon creating an atmosphere of chaos and anxiety.
They abandon the dishes on the corner of the table and take the plate away from under your nose without asking.
•Margherita pizza with mozzarella that didn't melt but remained rubbery and burnt edges.
•Poor quality arrosticini, tasteless and undercooked.
•Non-existent wine selection by the glass.

13/02/2025: Mi sono recato questo splendido agriturismo un sabato a pranzo per il compleanno di un carissimo amico. Che dire? Antipasti favolosi (consigliatissimi), primi speciali (suggerisco le trofie al tartufo) e i secondi anch'essi deliziosi. Qualità altissima, torneremo sicuramente.
12/02/2025: Siamo andati per la seconda volta con degli amici avendo voglia di cenare a base di carne ma soprattutto per assaggiare le pietanze del posto, antipasto come al solito ricchissimo e buonissimo, abbiamo optato come secondo ad una grigliata di carne, tutto molto buono, una stella in meno per il prezzo, la prima volta abbiamo mangiato antipasto, 2 primi e un secondo e abbiamo pagato 25 euro a persona, la seconda volte antipasto e un secondo e abbiamo pagato sempre 25 euro a persona.

09/04/2025: Io e mia moglie insieme ad amici pranziamo spesso in questo Ristorante che apprezziamo per la location, il panorama e la cucina con menù basati sulle stagioni. Per il pranzo abbiamo preso un antipasto con formaggio fritto, frittatina all'aglio e mazzarella, per primo abbiamo condiviso Due porz. di gnocchi con asparagi e spaghetti con pallottine, per secondo spezzatino di agnello e spezzatino di capretto, tutti i piatti sono molto gustosi e rispettano la tradizione locale. Servizio celere, cordiale e adeguato. Prezzo adeguato alla qualità delle materie prime e alla quantità servita a tavola. Al momento del conto ho segnalato un errore sul conto della volta precedente (ott. 24) e mi hanno rimborsato senza esitazioni e per questo sono rimasto molto contento. A fine pasto ci è stato offerto amari serviti su un carrello pieno di prelibatezze.
Consiglio a tutti assaggiare le specialità della cucina proposta da Francesco e consorte.

23/03/2025: Sono venuto in provincia di Teramo per due specialità Teramane storiche: mugnaia e Pecorara, voto 0 (da zero a dieci) , impasto molliccio con condimento inqualificabile. Chi voglia assaggiare le due specialità della provincia si rechi altrove. Ovviamente prezzo in linea con la fregatura : tre primi un calice di vino due acqua 60€

26/10/2024: Può capitare.... ma purtroppo nel momento sbagliato ..... ad un ora dalla commanda sono arrivati solo acqua vino e quattro olive ore 14.30 dopo io mio intervento , e me ne scuso ,purtroppo maleducato ho sbottato co troppo il personale.
25/10/2024: Allora se vai a mangiare la domenica con menù fisso ti fanno pagare €27 a persona e comprende,antipasti caldi&freddi,2 assaggi di primo,2 assaggi di secondo,contorno,dolce,amaro,caffè,acqua e vino. Andiamo a mangiare il venerdì prendendo antipasti caldi&freddi,secondo con contorno, acqua vino della casa,dolce,amaro&caffè e paghi €32,50 mangiando di meno rispetto la domenica e veramente vergognoso!!!!!! Con noi ha perso 8 clienti x la sua scorrettezza .

23/03/2025: Sono stata in questo ristorante sia a cena coi colleghi sia a pranzo in coppia e sono soddisfatta per la gran bella scoperta!!! Abbiamo ordinato pizzondelle e bruschette miste, arrosticini fatti a mano e delle gustosissime tagliate!!! Per concludere in bellezza, ci siamo deliziati con un tiramisù superlativo!!! Bella atmosfera e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!!! Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!
14/02/2025: Attesa davvero lunga, abbiamo ordinato 6 tagliate semplici intorno alle nove e trenta, arrivate intorno alle 23 e 20. Giustifica dell’attesa: “siete un tavolo numeroso”

14/12/2024: Oggi, 14 dicembre, Ci siamo fermati per puro caso in questo ristorante, abbiamo pranzato molto bene e l'accoglienza è stata ottima. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Consiglio vivamente. 10+😀
26/08/2024: Veramente stupiti dell'ottima cucina, ovviamente siamo in Abruzzo ma qui è tutto un capolavoro di cucina soprattutto per un arrosto misto

27/09/2024: This has been one of the best experiences I’ve have ever had with a Bed and Breakfast. Luca, Mauro, Marco and Maria couldn’t have been more hospitable. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The restored farmhouse is a work of art in itself and we have been completely spoiled for home with the delicious homemade breakfast tarts and pastries. Both Luca and Maura know the area extremely well and have been very generous in helping us find our way. We’ve felt more like we were staying at the home of a friend than at a hotel. Wonderful experience. You are minutes away from the beach and the sites of the National Parks inland are only an hour or so away. Highly recommend. We’ll be back.

Abruzzo is in itself a fantastic region, full of facets: from the woods to the beaches, passing through the villages and rolling hills. Casale Don Ambrosio was the perfect location to fully experience it. Our room was super clean, well-kept and well-stocked with everything you need, even air conditioning and a small fridge for drinks. The managers are truly delightful people, always smiling, ready to recommend a new wonderful corner of Abruzzo to discover, a typical restaurant where you can taste local specialities, a quiet beach on which to relax. Mrs Maria and her husband, the caretakers of the b&b, are also very kind, a pleasure to find them in the morning down in the beautiful breakfast room always at the complete disposal of the guests. Homemade cakes in the morning, fresh fruit just picked from the garden next to the veranda and bruschetta with tomatoes and basil from the garden.
Thank you for helping to make this holiday unforgettable.
Impossible not to return, we left a little piece of our heart in Abruzzo, so see you very soon❤️
