08/12/2025: Terrible. I'll start by saying that my family and I were regulars. There had been misunderstandings in the past (too much time between courses, etc.). Today, December 8th (Immaculate Conception), my mother-in-law's birthday, and the menu was decided weeks in advance. We waited 2 hours for just a couple of slices of ham, while the entire dining room had already finished the FULL appetizer. The waiter was rude and incompetent. My diabetic son was left without lunch, just like the rest of us. There was a lack of communication between the dining room and the kitchen. After more than 2 hours of waiting, we left. A terrible experience!

08/12/2025: They left us without food on December 8th, my mother's birthday, with a menu pre-arranged the week before. Everyone in the dining room was eating; we waited from 1:15 PM until 2:40 PM. The only dish they brought us was a paltry appetizer for two people to be shared by five, while the others were served larger and more varied entrees. Naturally, we complained to the waiter, who gave us a rude response. We got up and left.
