15/02/2025: Given the special evening (Valentine's Day), and the sacrosanct right to work as much as possible when there is the opportunity. Rather important take away order placed the day before, with a set time of 8.45pm. The result was an hour's delay, only thanks to the fact that we had threatened to leave everything there, as we were not given an answer to the preparation times. I also underline that when given the ultimatum to cancel the order I was told that it was ready, which was clearly nonsense, as they made us wait another good 10 minutes. The gesture of repair with a discount voucher to apologize was appreciable, unfortunately not real as when we arrived home we did not find part of the order, in this case several packs of nigiri. It's a shame to leave a negative review, but you should work with an awareness of your potential, and not be guilty of entrepreneurial greed, otherwise the quality of the service becomes embarrassing. Simply putting a stop to the orders, I would have understood the difficulties and ordered elsewhere.

15/02/2025: Valentine's evening to forget! Booked dinner for 8pm 1 day in advance because I imagined they might have a lot to do. After 8.15pm I tried to call and write to the restaurant without success. At 8.50pm I get on the line and they tell me that my order would arrive in 20 minutes. We wait and from 9.30pm I start calling again but as before they don't answer the phone. At 10pm they reply saying that they are giving my order to the rider and that he would arrive in 5 minutes. I wait hopefully... at 10.40pm, now hungry and preparing something else for dinner, I cancel the order from the app. I would definitely have preferred more SINCERITY! If there is a problem just say it and people can understand, I felt cheated! Very disappointed, more by the behavior than anything else... if you behave in this way you risk losing the trust of your customers!

09/03/2025: Although the staff was fast, kind and helpful, unfortunately I suffered a scam, I went to eat thinking I was paying €16.90 but as soon as I went to pay without any of the staff having notified or updated the site they had increased the price by €18.90 plus €2 cover charge. Next time it would be appreciated if they advised of the price update, BUZZONI

05/03/2025: Quality, quantity and variety. In a month I think I've been there at least ten times. To date, the only restaurant where I can afford to have a rich dinner, without paying the consequences at night, thanks to preparations that are as tasty as they are delicate. More than 200 choices on the menu. Friendly and very fast staff. See you again tomorrow evening 😁. Well done!
