11/09/2025: The atmosphere is the same as the previous restaurant so it has nothing to do with sushi 🍣 the fresh food is of low quality, the service is the only excellent thing since there are some Italian guys so there is a dialogue

07/11/2025: We went to Romi Ramen and had a truly positive experience! The atmosphere was welcoming and unique, with anime-themed decorations that made lunch truly special. As for the food, everything was excellent! The dumplings were particularly delicious, carefully prepared and served piping hot. The other dishes on the lunch menu were also well-made, rich in flavor, and perfectly balanced. We especially appreciated the variety of ramen, which is their specialty, and the curry my boyfriend had, as well as the quality of the ingredients. The lunch menu included everything, even water, Coke, and dessert. We tried it separately. It was beautifully presented and tasty, a great way to end the meal. In total, including the lunch menu (I seem to recall it was €13), Coke, and dessert, we paid €25 each. I highly recommend this place for both the quality of the food and the unique atmosphere! An excellent choice for lovers of Asian cuisine and anime.

06/09/2025: Hiro is a great place; I've always eaten there very well, and it's never disappointed me. The service was excellent, and the place was nice and welcoming. I'd been told it had gotten worse, but honestly, that's not the case for me. In my experience, I've always had a great time.

Upon entering, I was greeted by an elegant and discreet atmosphere, far removed from the chaos of typical Japanese restaurants. The restaurant, with its minimalist furnishings and soft lighting, creates a relaxing and sophisticated atmosphere. I decided to trust the chef, and I didn't regret it. The tuna belly sashimi, a delicate pink and marbled color, literally melted in my mouth, leaving a rich and enveloping flavor. Next, the nigiri, especially the red shrimp and amberjack, confirmed the exceptional quality of the fish, served fresh and expertly prepared. The real surprise was an uramaki with scampi and black truffle, a bold and unexpected combination that amazed me. The sweetness of the scampi balanced perfectly with the intense aroma of the truffle, making every bite a unique experience. Overall, Nagoya undoubtedly deserves its four stars. It's not just a restaurant, but a high-end culinary experience that has left me wanting to return to discover more of their creations. A true gem for lovers of authentic sushi, where every dish reflects the passion and artistry of its creator.
