29/03/2024: We chose this Japanese restaurant among many and we didn't regret it. The waiters were friendly and courteous, the space was a little cramped but the food was wonderful! Among the best dishes I recommend: sashimi, any type of sushi with philadelphia and... miso soup!!! The best I have ever tasted! In the end we left with our stomachs almost bursting!

06/04/2024: Excellent Korean restaurant in Florence.
The service was quick. The waitresses are very kind and the same goes for the owner who is friendly and cheerful.
The flavors are very reminiscent of the ones I tried in Seoul, which made me excited.
In the tteokbokki and rabokki the sauce was excellent and the ramen was also really well made. However, I found the tteokbokki slightly denser than those eaten in Korea.
I loved the Banchan, the small bowls of side dishes that are brought at the start of the meal and which serve to accompany what you have ordered.
Really excellent. My favorites were definitely the kimchi and the cucumber.
The location is simple and typical Korean. On the table there is also the plate that can be used to order Korean BBQ.
The price is not high for the first courses and starters (which are the ones I took) and you leave very satisfied.
I will definitely come back.
I recommend that those who like spicy food try the rabokki. You won't be disappointed!
04/04/2024: Jjambbong is so delicious and soft tofu stew is so delicious.
However, please ask for it to be spicy!

10/03/2024: Ottimo ristorante cinese per una cena di coppia rilassante e soddisfacente. Consiglio l'anatra alla pechinese, croccante e deliziosa. Piatti gustosi servizi con una gradevole mise en place. Camerieri gentili e disponibili. Luogo raffinato e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo!

👉 I had the opportunity to have lunch more than once at this Japanese restaurant and I had a very good time. Finely prepared dishes, with the possibility of a wide choice from a tablet. In addition to the à la carte menu, it is possible to order with the classic all you can eat menu. Particularly helpful staff, however not with great experience in service, pay attention to the aesthetics of the dish.
👉 The internal environment is cared for in every detail, they also have a small outdoor area. The typical fortune cookie is a must at the exit.
👉 Restaurant suitable for both couples and groups, it is closed on Monday evenings. It offers takeaway and home delivery service.
👉 Regarding the external part of the property, the signs, old and faded, need to be redone new.
👉 At lunch the price of the "all inclusive" menu is not very competitive compared to the competition: Euro 15.90 per person excluding drinks and desserts, plus 2 Euro cover charge each.

29/03/2024: One of my favorite sushis for years. The owners are very kind and nice. The quality of the fish is very good and they were among the first in the area to invent and vary uramaki. The lime ones and the flame-fired sake maki are highly recommended.

Some of the staff don't speak Italian well but they still put a lot of good will into it 😀
If it is available among the desserts I suggest you try the matcha tiramisu, I love it ❤️
I've been a few times for lunch and I must say that I've always had a good time.
At the last lunch I noticed that the gyoza were better, I think the chef has changed.
Plus, as an otaku customer, I love the decorative drawings.

18/10/2023: A mio parere sushi buono ma niente di speciale, per quanto riguarda la cucina cinese sono rimasta molto dispiaciuta, i ravioli specialmente sono troppo agliati e con consistenze discutibili. Un peccato! Potrebbe certamente migliorare, visto che sul sushi siamo sulla buona strada.

30/10/2023: We stayed yesterday... for me it was quite good... but the lady (almost in tears) tells me... and last day... it closes tomorrow... the owner asked us for 5000 euros in rent. ..for 40-50 square meters... total madness... we hope to find ourselves in another place... truly excellent food and wine...
01/10/2023: It's been a long time since I've been back, more than 4 years, that I stopped for Sunday lunch, a place that once had a large buffet and good sushi options and it was quite good and you spent just under 12 euros per person excluding water.
Now the buffet has removed everything from the menu and you can order basic sushi like the first restaurants of the 2000s and what's more you even pay a cover charge of 2 euros per person.
Bottom line for 15 euros per person with cover charge plus water 2 euros honestly I won't go back even if you're passing through like today, as for these figures there are places that are much larger in menu and with a better price/food ratio.

23/03/2024: Don’t confuse this Tokyo restaurant with Tokyo Sushi Capannori on Viale Europa. This one has a different menu and the taste of the food is not good. We literally send every plate back with food still on it, sometimes a lot. That says a lot for two Americans desperate for Asian food. Skip this one and drive on to Tokyo Sushi on viale Europa. We eat there all the time and it is excellent.
