Ristorante Ichimi In Lucca

From entry the female staff were extremely rude. The hostess seating us was almost mean. It took a long time to get our first order in, which was fine, but the entire time we were given rude responses and nasty looks. It was all you can eat which was great - but when our second round took so long that it had to be looked into, we didn’t mind. Then, when we went to order our third round, the same lady who seated us was tuning us something about the time and very rudely said “give me your menu”. The service was terrifyingly rude. We enjoyed the food.

We tried their all you can eat sushi. Of course their portions were great, some of the dishes didn’t feel that fresh or good…

We returned for the quality of the food, offering an all-you-can-eat experience. Everything was delicious: fresh, well-fried fish, a wide selection on the menu, and very friendly staff. We'll be back again.

Good value for money. Fairly quick service, very good food.

For all-you-can-eat it’s a great spot. There are so many options you’re bound to find something you like on the menu. The restaurant is also really nice and the service is great, definitely recommend if you need a break from Italian food!

So you have to say nice environment, but the environment was cold and I had a congestion, the service was very good and in addition what you leave you pay, I have never felt this service 🙏 then they are cold and gloomy🙏
