21/08/2024: Japanese Chinese restaurant with specialties of traditional Asian Japanese and Chinese cuisine, for many years in Vercelli in the historic center near Corso Libertà and Piazza Cavour, near the Unicredit bank in Via Balbo, the restaurant is pleasant and well furnished in style and welcoming , it is not very large so it is advisable to book on weekends and holidays, the cuisine is well prepared and offers traditional and good dishes, it offers the All you can Eat formula, served and also à la carte, the food is good, and the prices are reasonable quality is good and well looked after, it offers convenient parking near the restaurant, but it is difficult to find parking nearby because it is in the central and shopping area, during the day there is a lot of paid parking, from 7.30pm it becomes free, the management is very friendly and prepared, with experience and quite fast, also convenient for a business lunch with many offices and small businesses in the historic center, and in the evening for excellent dinners and excellent cuisine with a richer menu. 02/09/2024: Too much cheese where the cheese goes, rice slightly above normal almost acceptable. Prawns, for the tempura they perhaps use a ready-made pre-fried breading because it absolutely does not seem freshly made and does not have a soft crunch. The accompanying sauce only seems to be soya. The service lacks communication and friendliness perhaps also due to the use of the app to order, in any case you practically don't interact with anyone except to sit at the table and pay. On the other hand, I would say the place is nice even if it seems like you're going for an aperitif, a little dark. There are restaurants with better quality food that perhaps cost a little less, unfortunately when they went they were closed for rest.

13/10/2024: Siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante per la terza volta dopo qualche tempo. Tutto procedeva bene fino alla consegna delle prime due fritture. Alla consegna della terza frittura di calamari ordinata mi resi conto che il pesce era ancora crudo internamente. Come di norma e di diritto chiamai la cameriera facendo notare il problema chiedendo la cortesia di portarmi nuovamente il menù per ordinare un alternativa in quanto non posso mangiare pesce crudo causa allergia. Dopo circa 3 minuti mi vedo raggiungere da un ben non definito personale della cucina che davanti a tutto il locale mi urla in faccia affermando che io ero un bugiardo e che lui il pesce l'aveva fritto tre volte , cioè tre volte nello stesso olio ? e che se non volevo più mangiare avevo solo da dirlo. E stato talmente aggressivo e fulmineo che si è subito precipitato in cucina senza darmi modo di rispondergli a dovere. Non mi è mai capitato di subire una tale aggressione verbale né tanto meno di vederla ad altri clienti. Ho quindi interrotto la cena e mi sono fatto fare immediatamente il conto pagando il giusto che è stato consumato fino al quel momento e siamo andato via irritati e offesi da tale comportamento. Non ho mai visto in tutta la mia vita che il personale di sala o di cucina dopo aver fatto delle osservazioni da parte del cliente si sia permesso di aggredire il cliente in quel modo. I ravioli di carne sempre buoni ma sicuro non fatti al momento perché due minuti dopo averli ordinati son arrivati bollenti. Ho preso come sempre un cono al salmone arrivato immediatamente ma secco. Io adoravo il buongustaio ma forse ora è un po' lasciato andare. Mi dispiace tanto tanto
