01/02/2025: Service and quality of food embarrassing, cut arrived cold on an ice cream plate, I kindly ask to heat the meat, after 15 minutes I still get the cut cold and completely full of fat! Without words, I'm sorry because the Cremonini group has always had quality Italian meat but finding people who don't love their work like this is incredible

After the first order arrived, we never stopped by to ask if we wanted anything else (since we had taken an all u can eat) only asking at the next table where a single guy was sitting (2 of us).
How can you ask at the time of the bill if everything was ok? Absolutely not, it was a terrible dinner ruined by non-existent wait staff!
