We've been to the Pavia restaurant several times for the all-you-can-ribs option, and each time the service is extremely slow. The ribs are very good, but the wait is too long, both when there are more tables occupied and when there are fewer people. At other restaurants in the same chain, they've always been faster. We managed to do two rounds in two hours. The atmosphere is nice and clean, but it's too cold with the air conditioning on.

Hotel Plaza (across the street) recommended it to us and it was an excellent choice: nice and quiet, impeccably polite service, and delicious food. Had a large hamburger with bacon and onion rings mmmmm rarely had one so tasty!!! A nice beer with it... amazing and highly recommended if you are staying at Hotel Plaza in Pavia!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

For two consecutive Saturdays, a business lunch for four. Choosing the dishes is really easy with the photographs on the menu. A bit of rigidity is needed to avoid simple variations and side dishes, which should be more widely available. The raw materials (the meats) are truly high-quality. The service is friendly and fast. An experience we've repeated and will repeat in the coming months. Thank you.

I recommend turning up the heating inside a bit. It was a bit chilly inside, especially when they opened the doors to come in. The food was okay, neither praise nor disgrace.
