17/05/2026: Starting with the total cost of €70 for two—far too high for an all-you-can-eat restaurant (we're not in the Duomo, we're in Cernusco, right on the road)—I'd say the ordering method speaks volumes about the restaurant's value for money. I've never seen an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant run so poorly. The atmosphere suffers significantly: there's a constant coming and going of waiters, with four people constantly alternating at tables. The ordering system is confusing and relies on constantly calling the waiters, while the customer still has to write down their orders on tablets. Does truly automating the service like almost all AYCE restaurants do these days still seem too difficult in 2026? Another absurd point: you can only order five raw fish dishes per person for the entire dinner, meaning sashimi, carpaccio, and tartare. Why? Also because much of the rest of the menu is raw fish anyway. The food is average, just like many other mid- to low-end all-you-can-eat restaurants. You leave feeling full, but unsatisfied. The rolls aren't real uramaki, and if you order one, you get 8 instead of 4. Furthermore, many dishes are excluded from the AYCE plan and require a surcharge, which only becomes clear when ordering. The wait times are biblical, likely a direct result of the inefficient order management system. The main problem, in my opinion, is that the place doesn't seem to be run by people who are knowledgeable about Asian cuisine. You can't completely Italianize sushi, give the restaurant a Japanese name, and sell it as a "sushi experience." I agree with other users: The owner is arrogant and haughty... Among them all, the only one who stands out is a tall, very smart guy who's friendly with the customers. For those who appreciate giving 5 stars without even mentioning the rigorously BACK-ORDER ordering system, either you have money to waste, or you really need to try some real sushi because you know absolutely nothing about Asian food... If you want to eat better sushi for much less, listed by price, I recommend: * Oya in Cernusco * Sushiko in Segrate * Sushi Land in Vimodrone All definitely better and under €34 per person. And remember: when you find good sushi where you feel good... don't go back.

12/05/2026: The waiters are incredibly fast and helpful, and the service is truly impeccable! It's a shame there aren't many options available at lunch; I'll have to come back for dinner to compare the menu.
