28/02/2026: Terrible, never again! Extremely slow service, 45 minutes for a dish... but maybe it would have been better not to have it at all... everything very salty from the rice to the fish, the waiter who asks you, "Are you not going to eat the rice?" The dishes were quickly slammed onto the table, we left without waiting for the change... I don't recommend it!!!

30/01/2026: Beautiful, airy atmosphere with clean air. Very friendly and fast service, very fresh ingredients. A truly excellent all-you-can-eat menu. We had the California Te-Maki, shrimp, green beans, and ravioli, all excellent. A truly positive experience, we recommend it to everyone.

09/12/2025: A very casual restaurant with a mixed atmosphere. You might find yourself dining with strangers, but I personally don't see it as a negative. The food is obviously Chinese and includes typical specialties. I enjoyed it, even though I'm not a fan of the genre. For what I ate, I found the bill a bit steep.

28/02/2026: Nice place, but extremely slow service and better quality. Shorai restaurant in Milan looks very nice: the decor is really cute and thoughtful, with the typical design of small Japanese restaurants that creates a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the extremely slow service. It's one of the restaurants where I've waited the longest between courses, probably due to a marked lack of staff (I saw only two people in the dining room/bar). The food also didn't entirely convince me: • Presentation: The dishes lacked detail and style, far from the aesthetics one is accustomed to at sushi restaurants in Milan. • Quality: The fish wasn't "wow," but I found it second-rate. I hope it was just an unlucky evening, but at the moment I wouldn't recommend it to those looking for speed and high quality.

14/02/2026: We dined here this Saturday using a The Fork promo. Overall, we appreciated the value for money, and I personally appreciated the vegan options. They also seated us in "private seats with curtains" as requested. The service was fast and the staff very friendly. We recommend it 🫰🏻

16/03/2026: Unfortunately, this is a very negative review. About two hours after lunch, we had diarrhea and vomiting all night, and my father continued to take Imodium for two days, presumably for the poorly preserved fried crab. People who didn't try it had no problems.

27/02/2026: For me, it's still the best Chinese restaurant in Milan! I asked my wife if she wanted to spend her life with me here. Thirty years have passed, and I've returned with my grandchildren, and the pleasures and troubles are still top-notch! Of course, Japanese food has been available for a while now, but the Chinese cuisine remains top-notch!

27/01/2026: The atmosphere is very beautiful and quaint, with spacious and quiet dining rooms at lunch, but the food is poor quality. The lunch menu features very little duck, not very flavorful and full of bones and cartilage; half of it was uneatable and remained on the plate. The Cantonese roll and rice were average.

05/11/2025: Terrible place!!! I was there with a group of friends last weekend and out of 6 people, 4 of us got sick!!! I especially had terrible indigestion and was sick the whole next day!! Even an incredible headache!! For €40 per person, I honestly expected at least quality!!! I'll go somewhere else!!! Nowadays, you can't eat sushi anymore except in certain famous places like Poporoya or Tomakinho!! All my other friends couldn't digest it or had stomach aches!

26/10/2025: Terrible experience. The place was freezing, they kept the doors wide open, and we ate with jackets on the whole time (it was 12 degrees that day). There were 15 of us, and they only gave us one tablet to order on. It's absurd! I asked for a drink five times, and they never brought it. Finally, the response was: "We're full, we can't keep up with all the tables." I understand the confusion, but if you can't handle the customers, maybe it's better to reduce the number of seats. Disorganized service, inattentive staff, and zero concern for customer comfort. I definitely won't be returning.

12/02/2026: Very good food, fast but unsociable staff, a bit rushed. Polite, nonetheless. Good service. Prices are average for a Chinese restaurant. The atmosphere is a bit dated, but pleasant.
