10/08/2025: Nice place with various oriental desserts/breads. I wanted a dessert after lunch and there was so much to choose from. Finally, I grabbed a slice of cake from the fridge (it really was called "torta"), a layered sponge cake with lots of cream. I'm not sure how oriental it is (😅), but it was very good and fresh. The staff was friendly. The price was a few euros (2-3 for each type). I'll be back.

06/07/2025: We had three desserts the first time and they were delicious: the mango bread was delicious, and the red bean bread was really great. We bought them again recently and the quality is the same. The prices are very affordable and the food is delicious. I will definitely go back to try those desserts again.

18/08/2025: We decided on a whim to go here due to an offer they had on a sign outside. 3 Euros for a Bao Bun with Pancetta and Teriyaki sauce. It was absolutely outstanding, delicious and freshly made. Very very good! The only issue I felt they had here was that the service was slow even though they were quiet. If they can speed it all up, this place would have queues around the block!

23/06/2025: 1 degli uramaki ordinati è arrivato piccante nonostante non fosse segnalato (sono intollerante). Chiamato il ristorante mi è stato detto che io avrei dovuto scrivere non piccante. Ho dovuto buttare bacchette, salda di soia e gli uramaki piccanti. Per fortuna in seguito mi ha richiamato la ragazza che ha consegnato l’ordine. Accortasi che l’errore era loro mi ha preparato un’altra porzione di uramaki con maionese normale e me li ha consegnati assicurandomi che avrebbero cambiato la descrizione.

27/07/2025: In one word, absolutely! The portion is large and the price is very low. I have been to Milan many times from France. This time I came to eat this Northeastern cuisine, which is authentic and delicious, which made our trip to Milan a perfect end. This is the most worthwhile trip to Milan. I also packed up the big sauce pork ribs to continue eating in France, hahaha.

06/05/2025: Restaurant from the north east of China, where the extreme cold influences the food, that needs to be hearthy, warm and nourishing to face temperatures that drop below 20•Celsius The Chinese Tie Guo Dun (铁锅炖) or “Iron Pot Stew”, is a Dongbei “dish” centered on a deep cast iron pot, whereby soup, chicken, pork, vegetables, noodles, and corn cakes are thrown in and cooked all together. It’s similar to Sichuan’s Gan Guo or “Dry Pot”, or like hotpot with less volume of soup. Similar to hotpot, you first choose a “stew base,” a harthy stock to broil your order of meats, vegetables, noodles and whatnot. The bases include pork,chicken-mushroom, goose and fish. We went for the signature free-range chicken. A whole free-range chicken—gizzards, liver, hearts and all—is cooked long and slow in an already rich stock with ginger and spices. That soup is tumbled into a massive cast-iron pot in the center of the table, along with the foodstuff you’ve ordered. Here are a few things ordered: goose claw, greens, black ear mushrooms, tofu skin, potatoes, rice cake, oyster mushrooms, tea tree mushrooms, and spare ribs, mountain yam and potato tagliatelle. One must-order is the corn cakes (玉米饼), an essential item of the whole ensemble. These corn cakes are affixed to the side of the pot just above the simmering line of your stew. The catch about ordering them is that you can only do it once, before the pot is covered to stew. So be sure you have enough of those before the lid goes on. The mealy corn cakes are crisped on the bottom with a fluffy center, making them an ideal vessel to soak up all the stew. Oh, and every time a pancake is placed uon the pot, the server bellows idioms of well wishes. Eat the pot stuff with a raw garlic and chili dip. Definitely worth trying.

29/06/2025: Bon Wei presents itself as a high-end Chinese dining experience, and indeed the ambiance and service reflect that sophisticated image. The staff were friendly and attentive. However, the true measure of a restaurant is its food, and here, Bon Wei disappointed me. While the food wasn't "bad," it was significantly below average for the price. I've had tastier, more authentic Chinese cuisine at restaurants that cost less than half of what Bon Wei charges. I had the feeling that the food is geared more toward those who aren't very familiar with real Chinese cuisine, offering very "domesticated" and undistinguished flavors, almost like a watered-down version for the uninitiated. If you're looking for a refined ambiance and impeccable service for a night out, Bon Wei might be the place for you. But if your priority is truly good Chinese food, you'll probably find more satisfying options elsewhere in Milan. I won't be returning.

26/06/2025: E’ il nostro ristorante preferito per le uscite di famiglia e torniamo ormai da piu’ di 14 anni. Il cibo e’ eccellente e il servizio professionale ma caloroso allo stesso tempo. Imperdibile!

21/07/2025: Among the many Chinese restaurants I found an environment that was not very empathetic. The menu was large, indeed very large. We ordered fried rice with vegetables which arrived after a maximum of 2 minutes and duck after 3 minutes. Ramen and ravioli after 8 minutes. We were not alone but the timing was a bit strange. However, we ate well and the price was honest.

30/06/2025: The restaurant was clean and the Mapo Tofu was really delicious ㅜㅜ It was amazing!!! The price was cheap and it was really the best!! And the owner and all the employees were really kind so it was a great meal!! I totally recommend it :)

06/05/2025: It's one of my favorite restaurants in the ChinaTown area. I go there often and every time I leave with a smile. They serve ready meals (starters, first courses, second courses, main courses) but it is also possible to grill in Korean BBQ style, given that each table is equipped with a special grill in the centre. I recommend the Bibimbap with bacon, the sweet potato spaghetti with vegetables and tofu, and for grilling, the bacon with spicy sauce. 8 typical appetizers based on vegetables and lettuce to accompany the grilled meat are always offered. Very honest prices, €10~25 each! Recommended place to eat in the company of friends and taste typical (Chinese/Korean) and delicious dishes :)

24/03/2025: Highly recommended! When it was time to eat, we arrived half an hour early, so I was afraid they'd really harass us and make us wait, but instead they activated a trigger and we were given a seat! Nothing unusual on standby, we ordered without any problems, and practically all our orders arrived in the main course... The tablets were a little clunky, but everything was fine. Even when we ordered in the main course, everything arrived without a problem... We only had a nasty surprise at the end; for some reason, the hosso maki my Oppo had ordered at the beginning arrived unexpectedly and completely smothered us because we were too full to finish it. Overall, a great experience, 2-0

09/09/2025: One of the best Chinese restaurants I've tried in Milan. You can't reserve, but the line moves quickly, so you can be seated within an hour, I'd say. The last time I went was a Tuesday, and there was no line. The staff is friendly and quick to serve. I recommend the fresh pasta with vegetables and meat, the xiaolongbao, and the pork ribs.

02/09/2025: The ravioli were good, 8 for 8 euros. Spaghetti with meat and vegetables only - I didn't see any meat at all. Spaghetti with prawns, I found 3 prawns... basically, I left, hungry. I didn't understand all the people blinded in front of me to get in... the place looks like an old Milanese trattoria from the 1960s that ended up in the hands of the Chinese, not even renovated except for the ceiling. In short, there are better places in the area.

24/08/2025: There is a waitress who is really rude and disrespectful. We came to buy some small dumplings which should take just seconds to make, and she let us waited 15 minute while she served other customers. Extremely rude and don’t even look at us when deliver the food. Never come here again for sure in my life.
