17/03/2025: During a walk in Chinatown in Milan, we stopped at Yuanzi Restaurant to try the Chinese hot pot. Despite my initial reticence towards food cooked in boiling broth, I found the experience pleasant and satisfying. We opted for the double broth: one section based on bones and sauerkraut, the other slightly spicy with Sichuan pepper. Among the various options, we ordered an assortment of meats for dipping, including beef, pork and lamb, all fresh and of good quality. Additionally, the smoked Chinese sausages added depth to the flavor of the broth. The restaurant offers a section dedicated to gravies, allowing you to customize your own sauces or add ingredients to the broth, with a wide range of choices. Towards the end of the meal, we noticed the addition of blue crab, which further enriched the dining experience. The environment is welcoming and the staff helpful, even if communication in Italian may be limited. The prices are in line with the offer and the overall experience was positive.

13/03/2025: Definitely my favorite all you can eat Chinese/Japanese restaurant. Excellent quality of the products and freshness of the fish. The best salmon tartare I've eaten and excellent sushi. Very nice place inside, not too big and therefore with a faster and more efficient service. Excellent value for money.

30/03/2025: Honestly I don't know what could have happened because the ownership hasn't changed. Once everything was good including the service but now unfortunately I have to change my mind. Dishes that arrive late but not by a few minutes, at the table there are those who eat and those who have to wait another 10-15 minutes... Forgotten dishes... One goes to the restaurant to eat together not to do anything else. If we want to talk about quality, that has also collapsed. I'm sorry to write it but after so many years I will no longer be your customer

31/01/2025: For over 30 years, with the whole family, we have been going to dinner (sometimes lunch) at this Chinese restaurant, which is our favorite. We also often take takeaway food, which is always excellent, packaged to stay piping hot. Like all the other times we ate excellently, Cantonese rice, various types of bao, spring rolls, prawns.......and more, always of excellent quality and flavour. What we really regret is having received confirmation that unfortunately the business has been sold and therefore the restaurant will no longer be managed by these two fantastic guys and the whole family that we have known for many years. Always great kindness, fast and courteous service.....a real shame no longer having "the mandarin" as our point of reference for eating good Chinese food with always affable and kind treatment. All we can do is wish these guys a lot of well-deserved luck, with their beautiful baby; and an equally well-deserved rest for the whole family after many years of demanding activity. 20/03/2025: Terrible service, no one looks at you, ask for a thousand things, They make you wait at least 1 hour and something to bring food from 7:50 pm to 9 to bring sushi, I don't recommend the sushi place, not very good

02/03/2025: Truly a great discovery! Really good first courses and the same goes for the skewers, lots of variety of meat dishes. The fried ice cream was also delicious. Friendly and helpful service, I recommend :)
