20/02/2025: Chaste choice of combinations on the sushi menu. Excellent digestibility. Attentive and kind service. The only limitations were: the table of 3 left no room for the ordered dishes; in some "dishes" the rice was excessive and attenuated the flavor of the ingredients as well as making you feel full after just a few orders.

06/03/2025: I had been to this restaurant years ago which at the time had not impressed me. I returned and I must say that I found it excellent from all points of view. We tried the classic tasting menu where there was nothing that wasn't of a high standard both in terms of the quality of the ingredients and the creativity of the presentation. The service was perfect and the environment very elegant. The final bill is certainly not cheap but, all things considered, I would define it as expensive, more than expensive.

02/01/2025: I'll be honest. I've been fishing for 20 years and I think I know about raw fish, especially when it comes to tuna, amberjack and sea bass. It's been a long time since I ate at an à la carte sushi place, but tonight I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant in question, in addition to having a breathtaking location (really perfect plays of lights and furniture) that allows you to fully immerse yourself in a journey to discover typical traditional Japanese food, also has a remarkable menu. Wide choice of starters, first and second courses based on both meat and fish, many types of raw dishes (which include both Japanese cuts such as sashimi but also European cuts such as chevice) and many, many sushi dishes such as nigiri, maki, uramaki etc. We ordered the following things. Appetizers: - mixed raw fish + 1 additional oyster and 1 prawn - 1 amberjack tartare - "fried rice ball with prawn tartare inside" (I don't remember the name) First: - rice with caramelized onion and pork belly - gnocchi with truffle Second: - 3 uramaki (fried pumpkin, truffle and sea bass, tuna) Sweet: - homemade tiramisu (it is not the traditional tiramisu with cocoa but with other Asian "concepts") - lime cheesecake (phenomenal) - 2 types of house sake Bitter - house red fruit liqueur Drinks: - 1 still water - 3 glasses of medium/high range white wine In the end we spent around 70 euros each but it was really worth it. I'm really happy with my choice and will definitely come back! Well done guys!!!! Dex

22/03/2025: A restaurant that I have been going to for years and that is in my heart. A very rich menu, full of dishes to try. In addition to Chinese dishes, they also have a selection of Thai dishes and sushi that are really really good and for lunch they have very convenient formulas. It is one of my company's favorite restaurants and everyone agrees. Also excellent for an evening for two.

18/02/2025: Fantastic experience!! Excellent food and a very broad menu, beautiful and comfortable environment, but the strong point is the service, it feels like being at home, everyone is very hospitable and with a smile. Absolutely worth trying.

13/02/2025: An incredible experience! I went there for my birthday with some of my friends. We all left very happy. The lady who welcomed and served us is a real pearl, she pampered us and accompanied us into their culture. I highly recommend!

26/02/2025: A mini store for bubble tea lovers and some Korean foods. Staffs are kind and friendly. Product are quiet good and delicious too. It’s Just pity cause they haven’t have any chair to seat on to eat but they have this small table to dine in unfortunately you can’t seat.

08/03/2025: I started eating Chinese at this restaurant many years ago. Since then it has undergone a major renovation which has made it much more modern also in terms of the menu: for example, typical dishes of Japanese cuisine have been added. We ordered Thai rolls, sliced ​​salmon, grilled meat ravioli, udon with veal, sautéed rice dumplings, traditional recipe spaghetti and fried chicken. For dessert, tangyuan (wonderful!) and ice cream, both fried. We also asked for water, Chinese beer, a latte and a bamboo schnapps as a digestive. The staff is really helpful and attentive to needs.

23/03/2025: A restaurant that has been a regular for years!!!! I wouldn't change it for anything. Many open and close with dubious quality, but Fabio is always a certainty in international catering!!!!

08/03/2025: One word... EXCELLENT. All you can eat à la carte... the best Chinese restaurant ever with excellent value for money. It's always a pleasure to dine in Hong Kong. Absolutely worth trying... even for the most sceptical.

25/03/2025: I wasn't crazy about the quality of the food. I don't see much difference compared to an AYCE except for the way the dishes are served, which is a little more refined. I can't understand why in so many places the tartare has become a mincing and not a knife-cut, I would prefer there to be some nice big pieces of tuna or salmon and not a chopped mush. The accompanying sauce was good, overall it was okay but eating only the fish, no. Salmon tataki was not bad, I would reduce the amount of sauce because it is quite covering and doesn't allow you to fully taste the flavor of the fish. Salmon sashimi was good, as were the gunkan with ikura and tobikko, unlike the special with flambéed salmon tartare. Unagi nigiri, good, not rubbery like in other places and the sauce was not invasive. I didn't like the grilled eel rolls, a bitter taste in my throat after eating them. Excellent miso soup and excellent wakame seaweed. Low quality/price ratio, not worth the money spent, 87 euros with only two bottles of water seems excessive to me, I repeat, for the quality of the fish and not for the service or the location. I will try the aperitif in case, but I will definitely not return for dinner.
