23/12/2025: This is the first time I've given it 5 stars. The service was impeccable, with perfect explanations even in English for my non-Italian speaking boyfriend. The waiters were very attentive to every need and to cleanliness. The dishes are all very refined, with perfectly crafted pairings. Truly an excellent restaurant in every way.

24/11/2025: Ba Restaurant is one of those places that impresses you the moment you walk in. The interior is beautiful, refined and genuinely inviting. As for the service - top notch. Very attentive and warm, although a small minus for not bringing the wine and drinks menu right away. Food-wise, they have some truly standout dishes. The Spicy Sichuan Wonton is a hit, and the Sichuan aubergine with meat could easily pass as their signature dish. Now for the tricky part. The food is good, sometimes even very good, but the prices… well, they occasionally feel like a stretch. Paying an average of 4 euros per dumpling is hard to justify. So the biggest downside here is simply the mismatch between the quality and the price. All in all: a solid, tasty experience and we will definitely be back to try more dishes.

Even in a hybrid format, Giardino Nuovo retains cultural sincerity in execution, which is not always the case in fusion-driven F&B concepts. Portion-to-value alignment is correct, the pricing framework fair for the overall quality level. Service is responsive, front-of-house dynamics structured, and the staff demonstrates high throughput without sacrificing courtesy. The ambiance feels clean, functional, and modern enough to support both business dinners and casual social encounters. Despite the large space, the acoustics are good and the lighting is well-balanced. Highly recommended for the quality of the food, excellent wine list, and professionalism of the staff. A wonderful discovery!

01/12/2025: Discovered while searching for an Asian restaurant in the Michelin Guide, this place was a pleasant surprise. The fusion-style atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. The staff welcomed us courteously and showed us to a particularly pleasant table. We chose to order à la carte, letting them recommend some dishes. The dishes were excellent, with meticulous presentation and attentive, precise service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to accommodate guests' requests. The quality-price ratio was also excellent, with absolutely fair prices. We'll be back!

Everything about IYO is masterfully curated and crafted from the layout, menu, and staff. Every bite was exceptional and had so much flavor and variety. If you ever want to open a location in the United States, please do it in Massachusetts, so I can visit daily. 10/10
