We both had a great time: the food was good, the place was very clean, and we really liked the staff. A big compliment to the lady in the dining room for her cheerfulness and professionalism. I really liked her. We'll be back! :)

22/02/2026: "Bento Sushi" is a sushi restaurant on Via Repubblica in Cattolica, one of the few in the area to offer an all-you-can-eat option for €14.90 per person for lunch. Aside from the ambiance, which was welcoming and well-organized, even though the tables weren't adequately spaced, the downside of the meal was definitely the quality of the food. Unfortunately, between courses, we realized the poor quality of the salmon, which was not only noticeably fatty but also lacked freshness. The steamed ravioli were a different issue, as once opened, they released a large amount of oil. The only positive note was the price: including cover charge and water for two people, we paid about €34 (although, to be fair, this is the first sushi restaurant to charge for fortune cookies).

03/01/2026: Most of the food was reheated and stale, like fried food and ravioli. Little sushi selection, and most importantly, the food in general wasn't good or freshly made. The price was definitely low, but the quality was equally low. The service was practically nonexistent, so we had to ask for drinks ourselves because no one was coming. We won't be returning.

27/08/2025: This was our first stay at this hotel, and we've already loved it. It's a quiet location outside the city center, yet still well-served and close enough to the sea. The room is very spacious, but has a very small balcony. The service and cleanliness are very good, but the decor is a bit questionable. What made us fall in love with this hotel is the family-friendly, serene atmosphere that permeates every corner. We felt at home, especially at the special evening organized by the owner family on their estate among the olive trees, with lots of good food and music. Even more important is their love for animals, who are very welcome and pampered. My dog ​​even found a wonderful friend, RUDY, the owner's big dog. We highly recommend it and hope to return. 14/02/2026: Unfortunately, I have to leave a terrible review this evening. We had decided to spend Valentine's Day at home. After ordering takeout, I arrived at the restaurant at the scheduled time and was told they couldn't find my reservation. At this point, we're trying to salvage the evening with what I have at home. What a disappointment.

17/12/2025: Delicious food, super friendly and fast staff, the best sushi in town. They make delicious homemade ravioli, unlike other sushi places where you buy them frozen. Highly recommended!

I got there and it was closed, no notice on social media, no notice on Google, and no notice anywhere else; there are even signs around town. Please take everything down before someone else falls for it and makes a pointless trip. Not being from Bologna, I didn't know this place was closed. Damn!

26/01/2025: Uno dei migliori ristoranti asiatici nel quale ho mangiato, sempre affollato sia a pranzo che a cena a diostrazione del fatto che ci sanno fare. I piatti sono preparati con la dovuta cura e particolarità e si può scegliere tra vari tipi di cucina, personalmente io non mi discosto dai piatti tradizionali come riso cantonese, spaghetti di soia e pollo alle mandorle ma ci sono molte varianti sia di cucina cinese che giapponese. Le porzioni sono buone, ed i prezzi assolutamente concorrenziali, se andate a pranzo considerate la vicinanza di molti uffici e la possibilità di trovare un locale affollato con tempi di attesa che potrebbero essere un po' lunghi.

29/09/2025: Still, 5 stars for me. I'd read that the meat in the ravioli wasn't good. I don't know what you guys eat or where, but if you were expecting Kobe beef, then fine. I really enjoyed both the grilled and the classic ones. Among the best I've ever eaten, and I order them at every restaurant I go to. Oh well, then the noodles—I forget the name—were also good. 13 euros for three dishes. Well done!

29/12/2025: Excellent value for money, if compared to other places of the same type, welcoming, simple, I recommend it as an ethnic alternative, much more than a pizza in the area.....

14/12/2025: We chose the à la carte menu, as we weren't particularly hungry. But appetite comes with eating, and we stayed for over two hours sampling a variety of dishes, all freshly made and of excellent quality. It's worth a try.

05/01/2026: We come here often because the food quality is average to high for this type of restaurant in Reggio Emilia. Today, however, the service was truly poor: the first order was delivered in a reasonable amount of time (considering the number of people in the restaurant), considering the 20-30 minutes it took... but after 50 minutes, nothing had arrived for the second order. I informed the waiter (owner?) that given the time that had passed we would be leaving, and he rightfully canceled the order in the kitchen. I told the cashier that we weren't able to eat what we ordered... but they presented me with the receipt without even a hint of an apology. Needless to say, given the way they treated me, they won't see me again. Often, in addition to the quality of the food, to keep a customer, you also need quality service, or at least a modicum of courtesy.

04/01/2026: Given that I've been a customer for years and often get takeout since I live nearby, I've noticed for a long time that the portion sizes, such as nigiri and other dishes, are getting smaller and smaller, and the service is mediocre. The worst thing is charging children aged 2 and 3 a cover charge, and even charging €5 per child whether I go for lunch or dinner. I repeat, they're very young, so if they share a plate of rice for two and a portion of chips, that's already a lot!!! I'm sorry, but I don't think they'll ever see me again!!! If one evening for dinner, my wife, and two small children, I have to spend €85 with wine and no water, but two adult menus, plus cover charges, a children's charge, and two grappas, I find that excessive. For €42 per person, I'm going to a restaurant for dinner, eating fresh meat or fish!!! DISCLAIMED!!!!!!

10/02/2026: I stopped by this Saturday for a quick lunch. Everything was delicious and very quick. The staff was very kind and friendly, always ready to answer any questions you might have. Compared to many of the restaurants I've been to in the area, this one really stands out. I highly recommend stopping by. Recommended +++

Head down to Ji Xiang for some delicious stomach filling delicious Chinese dishes! ordered Braised Beef noodles, Pig large intestines with rice and Ma Po Tofu which taste great especially on a cold foggy day in Modena. Accepts MasterCard. No reservations needed. The place is plain and simple and has a fish tank for feng shui.
