26/05/2026: UZUMAKI Finale Emilia - For real stars! A new, spacious, and meticulously maintained restaurant. Modern, immaculately clean, oriental atmosphere, and friendly, fast staff, even on a busy evening. High-end Chinese and Japanese cuisine. We took a complete tour: Tender teriyaki shrimp skewers, perfectly glazed. A top appetizer. Creamy Philadelphia and teriyaki rolls, with sweet and sour sauce and sesame seeds. Presentation worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Crispy roll with kataifi and shrimp—crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. The whole shrimp makes all the difference. Mixed sushi, sashimi, and the freshest nigiri, impeccably cut. Shrimp tempura, Cantonese rice, soy noodles, all executed to perfection, generous portions. High quality, fair prices, and filling portions. Perfect place for dinner as a couple, with friends, or with family. Highly recommended! We're in Finale Emilia.
