16/05/2025: The sushi could be improved but it is acceptable. Maybe less rice because it is a bit messy. The fish is not very tasty but it does not poison you like in other places. Other very good dishes. Very fast service and a plus point: the hot Chinese tea that no one else has!!! Even the bread bunnies are unobtainable, very very good. The environment could be modernized. Overall acceptable if you are in the area and do not want to move, better than others I have tried recently. Recommended

05/05/2025: BETTER A KICK IN THE BALLS, VERY STRONG AND PRECISE. We parked among the vapors of a landfill, greeted at the entrance by a myriad of fake plants. Creepy design and very unpleasant dirty feeling. Inadequate and unprepared staff. Zero courtesy. We asked for gluten-free soya, the answer was "they asked me for it yesterday too but we don't keep it"! Questionable choice. Some dishes seemed already chewed, others from two days earlier, others were not the ones we asked for. The soy sauce was undoubtedly diluted with liquid of dubious origin. We had placed our last hopes in coca cola, but there too there were big problems: it arrived after half an hour, hot, of dubious origin. After having mentioned our complaints regarding the inefficiencies, they still charged us for the costs of the uneaten dishes, without having any inkling of the total failure they had generated. We avoided fortune cookies and the usual Chinese plastic gadgets which were most likely the most edible things in the place! Let's hope we survive to be able to tell about it!

20/04/2025: The waitress is very good... but they, the owners and chefs are stingy... we are table 4 if you remember that you bullied us for ordering sashimi 3 times. Then write it down that there is an order limit instead of shouting and laughing in our faces as if we had committed a crime. Among other things, we are regular customers 1/2 times a week, we were there with you and we'll be back like hell. Let's go to Lecce adios

10/04/2025: Good food but all you can eat so to speak if you order more than you should the owner and those who take care of the sushi preparation get irritated, they start to look at you badly and make fun of you.. I won't set foot in again.. If it bothers you that a person orders a lot at this point remove the all you can eat formula

Locale semplice ma troppo caotico(tavoli troppo attaccati) e qualità del cibo parecchio scadente(di locali ne ho girati parecchi)fate attenzione al prezzo..sulla loro pagina di instragram il prezzo è di 25,90…sul loro sito è di 27,90 mentre al momento di pagare 29,90(la loro giustificazione è stata sono prezzi vecchi) Se volete mangiare del buon sushi..non andate quá

08/06/2025: Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing in several ways. The service was slow and disorganized: we had to wait a long time both to order and to receive the dishes, even though the place was not particularly crowded. Some dishes arrived cold, others were forgotten altogether, forcing us to repeatedly ask the staff, who seemed inattentive and unhelpful. I would not recommend it, at least based on my experience.

18/04/2025: As far as I'm concerned, every time I've been I've had a good time. The choice of food is to your own taste. But I always ate very well.

28/05/2025: I ordered takeaway desperately because it was one of the few places still open at 10:30 PM Very fast delivery and delicious food. The duck was very juicy, the ravioli and the sautéed fettuccine were excellent. I will definitely go there in person because compared to other Chinese restaurants in the area the quality is much higher

21/05/2025: Ci sono andata spesso, iI servizio è lento, solo per questo do 4 stelle. Ormai ho capito che bisogna farsene una ragione ed andare quando non hai nessuna fretta. In compenso il sushi è buonissimo. A vedere il locale non gli si dà molta fiducia, ma dispetto dell' apparenza, il sushi è sorprendentemente buono e bellissimo, una chicca! Uno dei migliori che ho provato. Il cuoco addetto al sushi ha un talento innato per sapere dosare gli ingredienti alla perfezione. Ogni pezzo è piccolo, perfetto, ed in bocca è un connubio di sapore ed equilibrio. Lo consiglio.

23/04/2025: Questo locale è carino, accogliente e pulito; ben arredato e ben strutturato. Il servizio è eccellente e il personale molto cordiale e disponibile. In pratica è perfetto per chi vuole cenare in coppia come abbiamo fatto noi. Posto tranquillo; musica con volume ben regolato. Servizi puliti e funzionanti. Il cibo è buono e le porzioni sono ottime. Il conto che abbiamo pagato è stato giusto, non caro. Torneremo appena ci troveremo di nuovo a Sondrio.

13/03/2025: Ristorante cinese accogliente, dove si possono gustare piatti tipici, tutti molto buoni e ben presentati. Alcune volte mi piace mangiare italiano e trovo che le pietanze siano ugualmente saporite. Gentilezza e simpatia completano il tutto. Posto dove si sta bene.

13/06/2025: We arrived at Maki Maki at 11:30 PM, convinced we were going to have a great night, but it was a real disaster. After half an hour of being inside, no one had even bothered to bring us drinks. The guest of the evening arrived after 2 AM, an endless wait without any explanation or respect for those who had been there for hours. The icing on the cake? When I dared to complain — quite legitimately — about the fact that it was already 2:15 AM and still no one had shown up, a gentleman (I don't know what role he had, but he was behind the console) thought it best to answer me... by pushing me. A total lack of respect, professionalism and safety. Not only did they not even let us leave in the meantime, but the treatment was truly unacceptable. Overrated place, terrible organization and aggressive staff. I will never return and I advise anyone not to set foot there.

08/06/2025: We were a group of eight guys on a mission to throw a bachelor party to remember. Despite numerous warnings from locals — who recommended more elegant and relaxed environments in the Viareggio dock — we decided to challenge fate and cross the threshold of the infamous Maki Maki. As soon as we entered, we found ourselves catapulted into what seemed like a summer camp for teenagers: the average age at first glance lower than the right to vote in Italy. The service was a bit poor. The table was dirty when we arrived and the waiters were practically absent. And yet, between a kid looking for cigarettes and a few shaky drinks, the evening began to pick up pace. Good commercial music, surprisingly engaging entertainment girls, and the price was all in all fair for a nightclub in this area. A positive note to the very kind guy who served us a hookah at the table with a smile on his lips, saving the honor of the service. In short, Maki Maki is an experience that is somewhere between memories of teenage vacations and unexpected fun. Not for everyone, but if you're looking for music and a touch of the absurd, with the right mix of tequila shots, you might even come away satisfied.
