18/09/2025: I stopped by a while ago to get a takeout meal. It was very good, similar to many Chinese restaurants, takeaways, and takeaways. I had a fairly regular wait, and the food was obviously out of this world.

09/08/2025: They tried to charge me 2 euros for take-out containers on 10 euros of food. It is illegal to charge customers for anything not written on the menu. Ask for a detailed bill to check the charges. The financial police in Italy should fine this place! I live down the street from this place, so no I did not get it confused with another restaurant. Their false comment is another example of their dishonesty!

04/10/2025: Excellent Chinese and Thai restaurant. I recommend it. New dishes to try. Delivery is recommended. Always open. They accept tables for groups. You can host parties there, but you have to plan ahead. Seating is available. Good staff. Excellent beer.

21/09/2025: We ordered takeout, and it wasn't worth the wait. The egg rolls weren't satisfying, the spaghetti was soaked in oil, and the chicken was nothing special. The ravioli are okay, but we received a tray of them that we hadn't ordered. On the plus side, I had ordered crispy duck, which they initially forgot about, and when we called they asked if I wanted it now or the next day. In the end, we received a refund without ever seeing the duck. I wouldn't recommend it.

01/08/2025: Horrible, I took 2 portions of ravioli, which are usually eaten with soy sauce, and they replied that the sauce is paid for, then the famous "all you can eat" and limited to one portion per person of tartar...... For me it should be eliminated from catering.

03/10/2025: We went to eat there one night to try it out after the negative reviews. As soon as you walk in, there's a strange smell. The restaurant is tiny. The staff is more dead than alive, not even a smile. The food seems tasteless and even made us sick, it tastes like spoiled fish. Discharged for several days. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

26/09/2025: I personally bought a €20 box with 42 items (40 + can of Coke and a fortune cookie) and I have to say it wasn't bad, but it could have been a little more. (For takeout) They provide soy sauce, wasabi, ginger, and chopsticks. The food is good but not exceptional. The place is a bit small compared to others in the area...

27/01/2025: Perhaps the first time we have had a terrible time with the service: as soon as we arrive they can't find the reservation (made by telephone); the girl gets annoyed by practically everything; at 11.30pm they ask us to leave and close the door heavily. We're sorry, because we've always had a good time. Evidently they didn't select the staff well.

24/08/2025: The food is really nice and service is always on point. However the atmosphere is terrible and unpleasant. Theres always a group of chinese people talking and laughing at their loudest. Not mindful of other customers at the restaurant. I wish management could do something.

08/08/2025: A surefire way to eat Chinese food with many unique twists. Lately, they've also added an "extended" menu. However, the daily specials are only on the blackboard menu in Chinese, which translates well with Gemini. Be careful, the portions are generous.

27/09/2025: Very rude cashier responded in a very snarky and annoyed way to requests and questions, non-existent service, bare and ugly place, I do not recommend at all.

28/08/2025: I've been to Bella Cina several times, and I'm always happy to return. It's no coincidence: the food here is truly excellent, always fresh and tasty. The staff is attentive, friendly, and very quick with their service. Another plus is the parking: convenient, spacious, and almost always available right next to the restaurant. The restaurant, as well as the restrooms, is fully wheelchair accessible, which is a huge plus. The atmosphere is well-maintained, welcoming, and always clean—a place where you feel at ease. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for quality, customer service, and a consistently pleasant experience.

29/09/2025: I ordered ramen and vegetable rolls in crispy batter. I really liked everything; the portions were much larger than I expected. There was a lot of ramen, about a liter. The taste was very good, probably not like in Japan, but you're in a mall food court. Well done!
