10/10/2025: So, I arrived at 10:40 p.m., which I grant you is relatively late. Having seen that the place only closes at midnight, I thought that would be fine. When I arrived I asked if it was still possible to have dinner, they said yes. While I was looking at the menu, a first waitress quickly came to ask me if I had chosen, I asked her for 1 more minute. Immediately after, another waiter came to ask me the same question and pointed out that the kitchens closed at 11:30 p.m. So I hurried to choose. When I had almost finished my dinner, I had the misfortune to put down my cutlery to take a sip of wine and a waitress jumped up to ask me if I had finished while my last plate was still full, I asked her for a little time. I quickly finished, paid and left. I understand that service jobs are difficult. However, I would have preferred to be told that it was no longer possible to dine than to receive this treatment. I myself am part of the restaurant world, and I would always choose honesty first and foremost over providing this kind of dinner for my clients. The food was good, nothing special, considering I'm not familiar with the world of Asian cuisine in Florence. The service, however, was cold and oppressive, which had the ability to create an unpleasant knot in the stomach, especially while eating. In short, you won't see me in this place again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a late dinner. From what I saw of customers finishing up when I arrived, the service seemed pleasant. The contrast made the experience all the more anxiety-inducing.

11/10/2025: 1) What's the place like? After more than 7 or 8 years, I'm returning to this now historic Asian restaurant located in the equally historic "Four Towers" area of ​​Perugia. When it opened, if memory serves, it was larger and the food wasn't exactly divine (which is why we haven't been back). The place is now a simple rectangle of about 100 square meters (including the kitchen and bathrooms), with one side completely windowed. Inside, there are about 25 tables, many small. The design is quite pleasant, although not exactly in step with the times. The bathrooms are unisex but nice. The music is a bit low and not very in keeping with the place. It wasn't a muggy day (early August), but still, due to the air conditioning being off, it was hot inside. The completely shaded parking lots are very welcome, even if they're placed in a bizarre way (between one tree and another). Prices are high, but not at the level of many other competing restaurants (€17.90 + €2.50 for a 75cl bottle of water). Service was fairly quick, and the staff were quite friendly. The order limits were annoying. 2) How's the food? The menu is extensive, and the ingredients seemed quite fresh, but the quality of the dishes wasn't exactly stellar (like the plating). Two types of sweet bread were also served, as a sort of treat. -Appetizers: The ravioli were very sticky and hard to peel off the paper, but otherwise, the carpaccio and tartare were quite good (3 out of 4 points). -Sushi: Not bad, but I've had better, given that the rice was very bland. The only truly good one was the one with truffle (3/4) -First course: Rice spaghetti was quite well made, but the soup left me a bit disappointed, as it lacked flavor and had a lot of hard pieces in it (3/4) -Second course: Shrimp full of feces and strange-tasting sauces (2/4) -Other: There are many dishes I've never seen anywhere else. I'd have to go back at least three times to try them all. 3) Is it worth it? The place was practically empty (Monday afternoon), and I honestly don't understand why, given that overall it was a pretty positive dining experience, even if a few small errors in the kitchen kept this place from reaching 5 stars. In total, I ate 16 courses without any particular problems, and if I remember correctly, I had some bottled water left over (a rarity). - 'Bandix Travels' final rating: 38 out of 50 points (Perugia AYCE average: 35)

19/09/2025: Terrible experience. I ordered quite a few dishes and only half arrived, and it was late. What did arrive was poor quality: soggy rice, flavorless fish, and poorly assembled rolls. It's unacceptable to pay for such poor service. I will definitely never order from this place again.

04/10/2025: Decent and quiet place, but terrible experience with the service and quality. Frozen spring rolls, long, long wait (from 8:40 PM to 10:20 PM) for a portion of sashimi, a chicken skewer (wrong because they brought a shrimp one we didn't ask for), and many other items. The staff responded inadequately and were unprofessional in handling requests. I would have understood if it had been busy, but the restaurant had five tables for a maximum of four people, including mine, which was for two. A complete fail.

06/09/2025: This is a somewhat hidden restaurant. I tried the pizza tonight, and it left a really positive impression. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. I'll be back to try the sushi. The prices are really reasonable. Great!

17/06/2025: We went to this restaurant for an all you can eat. The food was good and the dishes were well-prepared, but overall nothing particularly special or different from many other similar places. The bill was exaggerated: €85 for two for an all you can eat (€35 each), a bottle of water, a beer and an extra small dish to take away. For that price I expected a much better experience. The service and atmosphere were average. I don't completely recommend it, but I personally don't know if I would go back.

19/10/2025: Excellent food and friendly staff. The waiter, Franco was a star. I visited twice with my Wife and disabled Stepson and was treated very well. Lovely place for an afternoon drink in the sun or an evening meal.

The rice was very well prepared, and the vegetables retained that distinctive crunchiness. The atmosphere is pleasant, with good lighting and comfortable tables, perfect for a romantic getaway or a group of friends. The service was excellent, always attentive without being intrusive. I found it to be a balanced place in terms of quality and price, ideal for enjoying a varied and well-served meal.
