19/02/2025: If we really want to find a flaw it is the waiting time between the order and the arrival of the dish. The restaurant offers the opportunity to have lunch at a fixed price at €13.90 (cover charge and drinks included), or the "all you can eat" formula at €26.90 (cover charge and drinks separately). We chose to taste more dishes, being lovers of oriental cuisine and we spent €36, including carafe wine. The scampi with lemon dressing were delicious, the spicy soup was delicious, really hot and top notch, but the dish I liked most was the sashimi (the complete one with 12 pieces): the best to date, the fish was very fresh and in addition to the aroma, the flavor was wonderful. The prawns in various versions are delicious; I liked the ones with ginger and the ones with curry. I recommend having at least an hour and a half available to try multiple dishes. The environment is modern and offers a view of the outside, but there are also more "reserved" tables. The Koy fish tank attracts attention due to its size (I am an avid aquarist). The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Since it wasn't in season, the place wasn't very crowded. I have to go back, even more calmly.

23/03/2025: I strongly advise against coming to eat at this restaurant. The owner exploits the workers, making them do trial days without paying and without any contract. Does not recognize the work done and does not respect the rights of employees. Unacceptable behavior that no one should support. Better to choose another place to eat, where respect for people comes before profit.

27/01/2025: Today in this sushi restaurant we ordered a bottle of cold mineral water, then a friend of mine, who wasn't feeling well, asked for a carafe of hot water with a slice of lemon: a whopping 3 euros! After finishing it, he wanted to ask for another one or simply a glass to take some medicine, but the waiter told us that we had to pay another 3 euros! I really don't understand how anyone can charge so much for hot water. It's absurd and leaves you speechless.

23/01/2025: We used to sit in the car at the door and wait for him to open the door at noon without a reservation. We queued for ten or twenty minutes and then brought a group of foreigners behind me (who also had no reservation) in order. They kept us waiting for ten or twenty minutes and ignored us. Don't say anything. Then he came to me and told me there was no room left. But it was basically empty and no one was sitting inside. I don't know how your manager arranges people. If you reserve seats, won't there be some left over for temporary guests (guests who have already arrived and made a reservation may not necessarily arrive). Are we third or fourth in line? If I had told them earlier that there were no more seats, instead of everyone being there, I don’t know that there would be no reception at all. I won't give this a negative review either so I'm sorry I have to give this a negative review.

26/03/2025: My father and I have been coming to Lojer sushi regularly for special occasions for 4 years now, and it never disappoints us! The environment is delightful, as is the food, and the girls are always kind and helpful. The fish is fresh and the dishes well prepared, waiting times are minimal thanks to extremely efficient service. It's also very nice that during the holidays raffles are often held or small objects given away at the end of the meal (over the years I have been given a comb, a bracelet, earrings and a daruma-shaped key ring) My favorite restaurant! 💓

18/03/2025: Not recommended at all. All the the makis tasted the same full of untasty rice and little salmon inside. Not worth the money. Their service is slow and the waitress was very impolite.
