Yesterday I made a reservation at Impaste Pizzeria.
We were delighted with the very light pizza, delicious; the only thing I could have done was add a little more salt to the toppings. We also tried the light sandwich, which was so light and delicious that we would have happily eaten another, both the pizza and the sandwich. The craft beer and Coke were also very good. Excellent and fast service, they offered us bread, olives, and cheese. We'll be back soon to try other pizzas, sandwiches, and even the desserts.

A truly excellent restaurant, I'd gladly give it six stars.
The burgers were outstanding, and the pizza was equally good. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
It was especially nice to see that both the drinks and the olive oil were organic. Vegan options were also available.

A beautiful pizzeria with a modern and elegant atmosphere; I've been here a couple of times, and you can see the care and attention paid to the ingredients, along with the desire to do well. Hats off to this young team who courageously opened a restaurant on the outskirts of Milan.
That said: the pizza dough was absolutely delicious, but in my marinara, there was little oil, and the raw tomato and garlic, as usual, were unfortunately missing. This is also because if you remove the garlic from the marinara, or use too little to taste it, you're taking away 30% of the ingredients. This happens in all pizzerias, but I was hoping this one would buck the trend... Another point: the slowness, but this can be synonymous with quality; it's certainly not a place for a quick bite.
The higher than average prices are justified by the raw materials which are objectively better than those of other pizzerias, but we need to work on the union of the ingredients which instead seem to each go their own way, perhaps it is really enough to rethink the cooking times and the oil, which makes a lot.

I've dined at this pizzeria several times and have always loved the pizza. The staff is very friendly, but the bill is a little higher than average, but I think that's due to the carefully selected ingredients they use.

We had a wonderful Saturday, the pizza was superb!!!!
The lightest dough and the finest ingredients!
The atmosphere was clean and the staff were incredibly friendly!
