20/07/2024: Servizio lento - PIÙ DI UN'ORA tra antipasto e primo, alla fine non abbiamo più aspettato e ce ne siamo andati - ed atteggiamento di sufficienza e puzza sotto il naso del personale quando siamo andati via. La peggiore delle bettole è di gran lunga preferibile.

25/08/2024: A few evenings ago we were here for dinner, reading some reviews I was hesitant: however I don't agree with any negative reviews!!! I really appreciated the fact that there are "few" choices and that it is not possible to change the dishes: tradition and uniqueness are maintained. We ordered a platter of cold cuts and cheeses and then a Scarpariello: spectacular!!! I found the portions generous. As for the location, I think it is very characteristic and has a homely feel and pleasant background music. I also found the waitress to be professional, polite and very attentive (she even changed the bread basket without us having to ask her). Great place, I highly recommend it

30/05/2024: What a hidden gem this place is. We were stopping off in Pontecagnano, which is 10 minutes from the airport at Salerno, and stumbled across this fantastic restaurant! It is run by a husband and wife, who welcomed us like we were family and the atmosphere was great. Now what about the food ....... it was the best we have had in Italy and I would highly recommend the amazing pasta made in a Parmesan wheel and the deconstructed tiramisu!!! We will definitely be back.

06/05/2024: Di rientro dalla partita Cosenza-Spezia ci siamo fermati a cena in questo stupendo ristorante. Siamo stati accolti dal personale in modo molto educato e professionale...Bravi!!! Abbiamo mangiato da Dio... complimenti allo Chef!!! Spero il prossimo anno di ritornarci...promessa fatta alla proprietaria dell location. Consiglio a tutti di andarci. Un saluto a tutti e grazie mille per la stupenda serata.

19/07/2024: We ate pizza and pasta. I think they were average in taste. My daughter just wanted pasta with tomato sauce. The pasta was swimming in sauce. We didn't ask for less sauce because we didn't know. Staff is friendly and close to the main street

14/04/2024: I gave the place my all... but I have to change the review. After having booked some pizzas in the afternoon, gone to collect the pizzas at the agreed time, we are sent home without a time and with one phrase in our head: they will be ready in a bit, we will call you as soon as we put them in the oven... Let's go home we wait a good 1 hour and it's 10.45pm we collect the pizzas, when we get home we notice that a pizza is missing. We call the place, we are discredited on the phone with arguments from a fight between children at school during recess. The owner asks to speak to whoever carried out the order (overbearing attitude so as not to use more important adjectives) and instead of apologizing and solving the problem she tells us contemptuously that if we had wanted the missing pizza we would have had to wait 30 minutes.... In all this we were already at the table with cold pizzas and a missing pizza... Summary: The pizza is good, but the owners should take a good bath in humility and perhaps a course on how to be honest towards customers who have been going there for years... not even the faces you know know how to take care of. If the evening was too busy, just make fewer tables, instead of just thinking greedily. Don't vent your anger and frustration on those who are trying to relax at dinner with friends with a simple pizza. And above all, learn to manage the room, if you are not capable, then avoid inventing challenges that are not yours. So be careful because the pizza is worth it, but the evening is a roll of the dice, linked to the mood of the staff and the progress of the evening. I have truly never witnessed such a gross scene for such an easily managed matter. Oh I forgot one pizza was burnt and badly rolled... Incredible....

22/08/2024: how can you call it PIADINA, the one I prepare at home is much better. the products are poor: the ham is rancid, the rocket is old and the cheese, I don't know why, non-existent. I asked to have another one with cooked...but from bad to worse!!!!! You can't pay €8.50 for a piadina like that

24/06/2024: The girl at the checkout also prepares the piadina. Every time he went from the cash register to the kitchen he always washed his hands which not everyone does!! The tables in front of the piadina shop, however, deserve a more thorough cleaning, perhaps with some sanitizing spray.
