Carmelo is the owner of the house who welcomes you as if you were one of the family, his team is made up of nice and attentive guys. The gem is, in the summer, the wonderful garden where the scent of jasmine inebriates you and the atmosphere is a mix of elegant and romantic. A place not to be missed ❤️😊

10/12/2024: There is very little starry about it. I chose a tasting menu, with wine pairings (from the supermarket). Nothing to say about starters and first courses, but we're not quite there about desserts, I was served a frozen chocolate cheesecake. Furthermore, the place was very cold and I had dinner with my jacket on. The staff were very kind and competent.

28/12/2024: Christ Stopped at Eboli and so did we. Our waitress couldn't have been more friendly. We had the vegetarian antipasto (delicious) and the cozze (just OK), followed by three generous pasta dishes. Our dog was very well treated as well, with his own water bowl reserved just for 4-legged guests. A nice detail was they have pictures of all their dishes so if you have a question about the menu, she can show you the photo. With the €2 50 coperta, it worked out to €25pp.

18/12/2024: EVERYTHING EXCELLENT, FROM THE HOMEMADE BREAD SERVED AT THE TABLE, TO THE FIRST AND SECOND FISH COURSES. NOT TO MENTION THE SERVICE, VERY NICE AND WELCOMING PEOPLE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

23/11/2024: Stasera sono stata in questo posto a mangiare una piadina con il mio fidanzato. Siamo rimasti entrambi colpiti dall’ottima accoglienza ricevuta, dalla bontà della piadina e dall’eccellente qualità dei prodotti utilizzati. Davvero super consigliata. Oltretutto, Mirna è davvero fantastica!

12/11/2024: Cena deliziosa, con cucina tipica e nazionale, ottimo il tagliere di salumi e formaggi e entrocote di buona qualità. Vino della casa buono, locale molto carino, sembra di stare nella piazzetta di un condominio, veramente caratteristico. GIUDIZIO POSITIVO.

11/12/2024: Quando locale e nato nel 1968 e tutt oggi offre servizio eccellente a tutti i clienti che si formano a degustare la famose zezzona di Battipaglia si può ordinare massimo da un kg in su massimo tre kg oppure come alternativa c'è la treccia

15/11/2024: Siamo stati ieri sera con mio marito e mia figlia di un anno per acquistare la mozzarella da portare a caso al rientro di un viaggio… solo che una volta entrata siamo rimasti stupiti dalla vastità di formaggi che c’erano nel Bancone e così ho fatto una super spesa la Signora si è messa super a disposizione e ci ha omaggiato di parecchie cose tipiche loro tra i quali i biscotti di produzione propria all’amarena proprio come ci aveva consigliato il signore e devo dire veramente ottimi la bambina li ha adorati e anche noi!! Grazie di tutto è stato un piacere conoscervi ci vediamo alla prossima!!!

01/12/2024: A good restaurant in a small romantic square in the old town, with friendly reception and service. Good food, with traditional characteristics. We rushed into the restaurant right at opening time when the front door had just opened, starving after a day of visiting the Amalfi coast, and we immediately received an excellent aperitif that calmed us down. The main course was more difficult because it took until the ovens were heated, but the spaghetti (wow) and the traditional pasta (a kind of small gnocchi) with chickpeas were also very good, an extraordinary taste. Excellent prices. What is important is that people smile and make you feel good. I recommend!

28/07/2024: I have been to this tavern several times, both for lunch and dinner, both with friends and family. Every time I was able to find excellent cuisine, both land (the Roman dishes, a true specialty of the house, are recommended) and seafood. The quality/price ratio is truly unbeatable for the level of cuisine experienced many times. The excellent welcome and the outdoor terrace at the entrance to the historic center used in the summer period can only make me decide for maximum marks. If you didn't understand, STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!

La capacità di rinnovarsi pur rimanendo fedele ai panigacci, da assaggiare assolutamente oltre ai menù stagionali, accompagnati da ottimi vini. Consigliati i dolci che si possono assaporare in questo locale. Paola e Gustavo sono ottimi "padroni di casa"
