23/08/2025: First time at this place. As soon as we walked in, we wanted to leave... because we weren't expecting to have to share a table with other people... and the place seemed strange. Then we decided to stay, and it was a unique and fun experience... both thanks to the friendliness of the staff and the owner. Part of the menu was hanging around the waiters' necks... a unique and fun thing. Delicious food and good portions. Kudos to Giggino & Co!

22/08/2025: Eating well while smiling so much has never happened to me. If you're in Battipagna, you have to go to O Vicolo 'E L' Allegria to eat. Congratulations on everything, not to be missed.

05/08/2025: Describing it precisely would take time, so I'll try to keep it short: a classy location, the exposed copper pipes are extremely unique, the food top-notch in quality, cooking, and presentation, one of the few restaurants where the waiters are truly qualified in the truest sense of the word! As for the price... quality comes at a price, so if you don't want to spend... don't go.

26/07/2025: Very close to Salerno Airport. A great option when you land at lunchtime. The pizza dough is exquisite and the tuna tartare is world-class. The waiters are attentive and courteous!

03/08/2025: We were at this property for the first time today and I can only say that it is top notch. The staff is very kind and helpful and available for every need. The beach is clean, the pool is clean, the food is excellent and plentiful and reasonably priced. Hot showers are hot, and the cleanliness is top notch. Congratulations to the organization. A quiet place to return to as soon as possible. ❤️❤️❤️

02/08/2025: The design of the hotel - including the stretch of coast between the hotel and the sea - is beautiful. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, it's a shame that it was only sweets (ham, salami, eggs, cheese were missing). The dinner was less varied (the appetizer and dessert are usually the same). The staff is nice and helpful, but unfortunately most of them don't speak foreign languages. Special thanks to Ivone and Saverio for translating and guiding. In addition, Saverio made an excellent Cappuccino every morning. Our room was comfortable, but I missed foreign language TV channels (English/German) in the evenings. Without a car, it is almost impossible to get here/from here to anywhere, the nearest supermarket (ALDI) is 2.5 km far away and there is no evening entertainment nearby (billiards, darts, dance club, etc.).

The fried pizza is sublime, the staff are always friendly, and the place is well-equipped. The only drawback is the nearby restaurants, whose clientele is, let's say, a little less sophisticated...

A wide selection of beers with labels from all over the world and staff always ready to recommend the perfect pairing. Friendly service, honest prices and a menu that offers options for all tastes. Erminio is very knowledgeable. Let him recommend a good beer. Highly recommended for those looking for quality, variety and an environment where they can feel at home.

22/08/2025: A must-try is the buffalo mozzarella, but then we were tempted by this quaint restaurant where we discovered Cilento flavors and delicious seafood. Excellent service. Must try!

28/07/2025: I went to dinner with my friends a few days before the restaurant closed for renovations. Usually, in these situations, places offer less. Instead, we found everything, no reductions on dishes or ingredients. Apparently, if you plan ahead, you can offer the same service even in these situations. The photos are of different dishes we ordered. I can speak highly of the seared tuna, which was very good, perfectly cooked, and in large quantities (even if it doesn't look like it from the photo). The sorbet was gorgeous, you could taste the fresh lemon, but what I loved most was the presence of a small plate and bowl to the left of the main dish that you can use for bread and oil (excellent oil). 😍 The service was kind and attentive, the staff was polite, and I mean, everyone says hello when you arrive and everyone says hello when you leave. For some, it may seem like a small thing, but for me, being seen is essential. If I were to return, I would go again, trying a fish-based first course and a white wine, since they have a great selection of wines. Endnote: they also have gluten-free alternatives, even the first courses.

17/08/2025: The staff is incredibly professional, especially Morgan and Pasquale, who are friendly and always available. They know how to advise and pamper you with amazing treats. We've been going for 13 years and will continue to do so.

30/07/2025: Whenever I get off the highway, I exit at Battipaglia and stop at this shop to buy their fabulous grilled sandwiches, sfogliatelle, cheeses, and mozzarella, so I don't get ripped off by the overpriced restaurants I've been getting lately. This shop, however, has great prices and absolutely fresh products. A+++!!!

19/06/2025: My partner and I went to eat pizza last night and we found it truly exceptional, very good, super very light, the service was excellent, the owner was wonderful, very kind, we were welcomed very well by him, I recommend everyone to go because it's a good place and you eat well. And I can't wait to go back

03/08/2025: We're talking about one of Battipaglia's historic bars. Over the years, it has gone through various eras in terms of content and clientele, shifting from a more jazz/rock style to a more "hip" vibe. It no longer enjoys its former popularity. It never excelled in the quality of its aperitivo, but currently it lacks both content and organization. It's a shame, because its location and central location give it great untapped potential.

30/08/2025: I stopped at this hotel by chance, returning from a trip, and I must say it was a very pleasant surprise. The location is very convenient, right next to the highway exit, ideal for those passing through and looking for a place to rest without detours. The hotel is very well-maintained, impeccably clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, perfect for recharging your batteries after a long journey. Highly recommended for anyone needing a comfortable, quality stopover on their journey.

25/08/2025: We've stopped there several times on our way to Calabria. The hotel is actually quite okay. This time I was disappointed. Room 121 was apparently occupied by a heavy smoker. Perhaps it was also a smoking room in general. I thought I'd get used to it, since I'd only booked one night, but the smell woke me up in the middle of the night. Horrible. The loungers by the pool are also completely worn out. I think this place has seen better days. If we stop over again next year, it will definitely be at a different hotel. To put things into perspective, I only paid €72 through Booking.com. That's okay. But they won't see me again.

07/08/2025: The atmosphere is always magical in this flagship local restaurant. Over the years, being close to my house, I've often gone to Binario with my husband! I love the decor: meticulously crafted and naturally distinctive. Harry Potter fans can't miss it! The collectibles that adorn every corner are astonishing. The management is family-run and impeccable, with a passionate team; from the kitchen to the dining room, you'll always be welcomed! I truly admire the professionalism and friendliness, as well as the cleanliness and expert customer service. The menu is rich, varied, and able to please every palate. My favorite dish? Spaghetti Draco (cacio, pepe, hazelnuts, and bacon). Another must: the salted caramel cheesecake! I could go on and on, since we're regulars, but I don't want to give away too much or break the magic that reigns every time we go. Highly recommended! 🥰

07/08/2025: Good food, very cute place, obviously Harry Potter themed! Very nice and friendly staff! Before seating us at our table, they informed us that the wait would be a bit long, which is something not everyone does! Highly recommended!
