14/12/2024: In questo bel ristorante di Somma Vesuviana, paese patria del baccalà, si mangia davvero bene. È a condizione familiare e lo chef, giovane ed in gamba, propone una cucina dal giusto equilibrio tra innovazione e rispetto della tradizione. Ottimi gli antipasti di baccalà/stocco ed i primi (su tutti le candele alla genovese di baccalà ed i classici paccheri con baccalà, olive e capperi). Personale gentilissimo. Locale carino. Prezzi più alti della media. Ci torneremo senz'altro.
