05/07/2024: Here you can simply eat well for a very small price. You get a beautiful view. The pasta with lobster is very tasty, but you can also just go for pizza for €10. Highly recommended if you are staying nearby, parking is at the church, a 5-minute walk away

28/07/2024: Had delicious meat and a super starter. The antipasti for 2 people is very extensive and highly recommended. The lady who served us was very nice, but there were also some people walking around who were downright grumpy.

28/08/2024: Structure immersed in the greenery of the mountains, excellent location for visiting the surrounding places, welcoming and clean room, excellent cuisine too. But if I have to say the best thing about this hotel is definitely the exceptional staff!! Greetings to Antonio, Sara, Simone, Giuseppe, Rita Sebastiano and Francesco to the two girls at the reception who are always kind and polite, to Mr. Antonio who I met at breakfast at the waiter in the impeccable room... in short, everyone was really really good and professional, a hug to everyone and see you soon.

20/08/2024: Be careful with the menu in Italian, the allergens are not at all clear and if you order something and it does not contain the foods that you can eat, they will charge you twice for the dish without any problem. They have done this to me with the Caprice salad. The food included tomato, cheese and Basilico, which in Spanish is only a spice. When he brought me the dish I realized that it had pesto. I was allergic to it and I told him that I couldn't have it since I'm allergic to nuts. So the chef came and told me that if I translated the menu into Spanish, he would put pesto and not basil. I repeat allergens indicated very poorly, with numbers, nothing to do with traditional nomenclature with drawings. Very unhappy with this place

29/07/2024: I have eaten here twice while staying up the hill from Pimonte town centre. Once in the restaurant itself (well in the lovely tranquil courtyard outside the very nicely laid-out restaurant) and also in the main piazza down the hill where they will bring your food after you order it to you there from the kitchen. Despite what other reviews have said, it's a two minute walk, if that, to Joia itself up a fairly steep lane but you are in the hills above the beautiful Amalfi/Sorrento Coast so what do you expect? Stop whining! I had a burger both times, the first was with buffalo mozzarella, rocket and prosciutto. The second time was the 'Joia' which is like an English breakfast in a bun, with a fried egg and bacon and Lettuce with a lovely relish. Both of which were out of this world for taste and value for money. I'm also Coeliac so never eat burgers when I'm out at home in London, but Elisabetta the brilliant chef has gluten-free buns which is fantastic and having had gluten-free bread on prescription for nearly 30 years it was by far the best I've tasted. Thanks so much to Elisabetta and her Sister, Francesca, for two fantastic meals and also the young man who takes orders in the piazza and runs up and down the hill to get the food.....sorry I can't remember your name. Leave them a decent tip because they all thoroughly deserve it! A unique place, with top drawer food. 👍❤️

28/08/2024: A magnificent place! I highly recommend going there for the sunset 🌅 The service was ultra efficient with a little favorite for the manager, who was exceptionally kind. The meal was very good, small menu but the ingredients are quality! Thank you for this lovely timeless moment ✨
