20/11/2025: The restaurant has been completely renovated and is now a grill restaurant serving a wide selection of meats, all of which are aged in plain sight. I often go there for their rich antipasto with traditional and seasonal products. I highly recommend it.

10/01/2026: Recommended by friends, I must say that it is truly an excellent top pizza... Pizza overcooked with very light dough. We had a large pizza, half Divola and half Ciociara, the ingredients were delicious... the Italian-style frying was very poor for €5. 4 French fries, a small croquette, a breaded mozzarella and an Ascoli olive, but it makes up for the flavor of the pizza. In any case, we will return to try the carré and pasta which are mentioned in many reviews.
28/12/2025: I asked for a barley coffee because I don't like coffee from the bar... They made me coffee in the moka pot... Great hospitality at the Da Silvia restaurant... Excellent food... Helpful and kind staff... You feel at home... Thanks for the wonderful experience... We'll be back

05/02/2026: I went with some friends to eat a nice slice of meat. When the waitress arrived with the meat, oh my goodness, how delicious, I tasted it slowly and it was so good ummmm. We had the princess as a cut of meat, two bottles of wine, two waters, then some fried food and bitter.

24/12/2025: Since we foodies are always on the lookout for a good spot for the evening, we reserved a table here.
The owner gave us a very warm welcome and let us choose our own table.
With such an impressive dry ager, I chose the seat right next to it.
The menu was packed with everything you could possibly want. So we ordered a few appetizers, followed by swordfish and beef tenderloin. We weren't disappointed!
The next evening, we came back to try the pizza. What can I say? Simply delicious.
The highlight was definitely the homemade tiramisu. Almost a must-try!

02/01/2026: The rooms on the ground floor are moldy and musty.
The quality of the hotel is getting worse and worse.
23/12/2025: A hotel with a completely new interior. The room is quite large and bright! We stayed two nights and found it very comfortable. The staff is very welcoming and cheerful. The only downside is the location, for those traveling by car, 50 minutes from Positano or Sorrento. There's ample free parking. I'd happily stay here again next time.

09/08/2025: Even though I had booked a dinner, when I arrived, I found the place closed and in a clearly neglected state, without The Fork having to report this condition. Conclusion: A ruined evening 👎👎👎

12/03/2025: Una joya escondida y del anfitrión a la comida una de las mejores experiencias de la historia. El lugar, el ambiente y la atención al detalle es simplemente fantástico, no puedo esperar a volver.
05/12/2024: Un hermoso resort. Las habitaciones son modernas y el entorno es como retroceder en el tiempo. Es tan tranquilo con las montañas, tierras de cultivo y viñedos. La piscina es increíble, me di un baño mientras el sol salía sobre las montañas, fue una experiencia única en la vida. La comida es magnífica y volvería solo por eso.
La única decepción es que no hay una compañía de taxis local. Debido a las carreteras sinuosas, muchos taxistas se niegan a conducir hasta las montañas. Los autobuses tampoco son regulares. En nuestro primer día terminamos perdiendo nuestro viaje planeado en barco, ya que no teníamos forma de llegar al punto de partida para ello. Por casualidad después de esperar en una parada de autobús durante más de una hora un encantador taxista que había estado dejando a un amigo se detuvo para ver si necesitábamos un aventón. Terminó siendo un regalo de Dios. Él arregló taxis todos los días para nosotros y él o su viejo amigo herido nos llevan a donde íbamos. Yo diría que un coche es una necesidad si visita este hermoso complejo.

09/11/2024: Ho scelto la location per festeggiare la mia laurea, eravamo una cinquantina, abbiamo mangiato menu’ di carne squisito ed abbondante, il servizio é stato eccellente, i camerieri passavano in continuazione anche per eventuali bis, sono stata accolta come una principessa, e i giorni seguenti parenti ed amici si sono congratulati per l’ottima scelta del locale e per la serata trascorsa in allegria con buona musica di sottofondo.
18/07/2024: Wir sind schon viel in der Welt rumgekommen aber einen solch schlechten und völlig ignoranten Service haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Wir haben 2 Nächte in dem Hotel verbracht (siehe dortige Bewertung) und wollten der Einfachheit halbe und das Hotel sehr abgelegen liegt, im hoteleigenen Restaurant essen. Wir wurden schlicht übersehen, obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste waren ! Nach etwa 20 Minuten und auf unsere mehrmaligen massiver werden Aufforderungen bekamen wir dann eine Speisekarte. Das Essen wurde dann relativ schnell gebracht und war dementsprechend nur von durchschnittlicher Qualität. Am 2. Abend haben wir dann in einer Agricultura nur 250 m entfernt bei freundlichem Service sehr gut gegessen
