19/01/2025: Shameful and disappointing! I had ordered 1 kg of lemon delight cake and a 7-ply chocolate cake, agreeing on €45. When my brother went to collect them, they demanded €62, saying that the cakes weighed 3 kg. Are we kidding? They change the order without notifying you and then force you to pay more! The most serious thing however, is that the lemon delight cake was sour and inedible, this is the most unacceptable thing for me. You can also cheat customers by doubling the weight of the requested cake, but delivering such rubbish worthy of the lowest category in the industry is really serious. Given the name it bears and its history, I am truly sorry that it has this indecent operating line. It was a fool for my guests. Never again, and I advise everyone against trusting this incompetent management.

17/11/2024: Never seen a place So disorganized and incorrect… They were able to cancel two takeout orders today and a couple of weeks ago They did it 3 times!! But what does it take to disable Delivery platforms???

16/03/2025: We arrive at 2.45pm, we order, after 5 minutes the starter arrives, 10 minutes the first course, all quite discreet, we order another first course which never arrived. Shortly afterwards they serve us the suckling pig, but at the first bite we put down the cutlery and ask if another second course is possible, but we are told that the kitchen is closed. They might not have welcomed us if it was late, we appreciated it more, fortunately there was a McDonald's 1.8km away and we supported ourselves.

03/11/2024: Siamo stati in questo posto con amici abituali del locale che ce ne avevano parlato benissimo. Dopo aver assaggiato la varietà di antipasti che ha preceduto il resto, abbiamo iniziato a capire il perché…. Cibo prelibatissimo, fresco, variegato, genuino, sapore mediterraneo: montanare, zeppoline di alghe, crocchè di patate e provola, insalata di polpo e patate, gambero pastellato, impepata di cozze, polpette al sugo, parmigiana di melanzane, fagioli con seppie…. Tutto indiscutibilmente buonissimo! Coraggiosamente ci siamo fatti trasportare ed abbiamo proseguito con i primi: lasagna ragù e provola e gnocchetti fatti in casa ricchi di frutti di mare con tipico tarallo, sbriciolato, nzogna e pepe. Non contenti abbiamo pure preso una frittura di calamari e gamberoni e alici. E nell’attesa del secondo ci hanno servito castagne al forno, al burro… E anche qui, veramente TOP! E che fai poi, non li assaggi i dolci napoletani tutti fatti in casa??? Pastiera, babbaiona al limone, crostata di Nutella, crostata di marmellata, torta crema e amarena. Tutto accompagnato da una falanghina fredda! insomma, ci ritorneremo sicuramente pur vivendo a Roma. Ne vale veramente la pena!!! Consigliatissimo e soprattutto rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile! Un grande applauso agli Chef Francesco e Genny, fratelli Costa!

04/12/2024: The “Vulcano Buono” shopping center is really beautiful! The environment is clean and with attention to detail, with welcoming and well-kept common areas. The catering area also offers an excellent choice, suitable for all tastes. Unfortunately I have been to this corner of I Love Poke twice and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The quantities of ingredients are really small, leaving the feeling of not having eaten enough. Furthermore, the staff, in particular the girls who work there, were not very courteous: unwelcoming attitudes and poor customer attention contributed to making the atmosphere unpleasant. The service and portions leave a lot to be desired. I won't be returning.

28/11/2024: I went for dinner on Tuesday before going to the cinema, I had a medium bowl, quality food, I ate very well but a very positive note for the staff, the girl was very helpful and kind! I highly recommend and will return!!❤️
