07/12/2025: Coming from Rome, we wanted to try this restaurant. I have to thank Nunzia for the extraordinary welcome she gave us. It was an excellent experience, without a doubt. As parents of a teenager with autism, she was extremely attentive. My wife and I had a wonderful evening, with excellent service and truly delicious food. Last but not least, I wanted to extend a warm greeting to Franca, who proved equally attentive and sensitive to the situations of families living with disabilities. A tireless and excellent coordinator. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything.

30/11/2025: We visited Propensione e Umberto and had an excellent experience in every way. The atmosphere is refined, welcoming, and immediately puts you at ease. The quality of the dishes is extraordinary: fresh ingredients, thoughtful pairings, and a presentation that demonstrates great attention to detail. Every course was a pleasant discovery. The service was impeccable, professional, and always smiling. My sincere compliments to Umberto and the entire staff for the passion they bring to their work. A restaurant worth trying, and one we'll gladly return to!

11/03/2026: A group of several people ordered several dishes to try more. The meat was nothing exceptional, either in taste or cooking. The suckling pig with potatoes was a single piece of fat. Almost inedible. Covered in a sauce similar to that used for roast beef. Terrible. The potatoes, however, were delicious. As for the grilled Prussian steak, we asked for it medium rare, but it arrived already cooked, and then continued to cook. Tough. A disappointment. The cuts of meat were tasty. The eggplant parmigiana was disappointing. A slice of eggplant arrived. Perhaps it was a revisited parmigiana. Not appreciated. Perhaps it would be better to change the name. Just an observation. The Sicilian frittatina was delicious. Various side dishes, normal and simple. We ordered all the desserts available, the cinnamon one definitely the best, the others nothing special. In short, dinner was a bit of a luck of the draw. Disappointed. And the prices were high compared to the average and for what was offered, considering the quality and the other things. A shame!

17/07/2025: To say it's delicious is an understatement!! The owner is very helpful and friendly. What they bake, no one knows! The deliciousness of everything and the fresh, local ingredients! Thank you for existing! Order the panuozzo special, I highly recommend it!

16/02/2026: The atmosphere was very family-friendly. The owner and his family welcomed us warmly and recommended their specialties! The portions were generous and of the highest quality! I can't recommend anything in particular because everything we ate was excellent, from the various types of chips (the lime ones were exceptional) to the omelettes, the sandwiches, and finally the desserts—everything was delicious! We'll definitely be back!

19/10/2025: Pay attention to the menu; the prices listed exclude VAT. You'll have an American experience when the bill arrives. And be careful with the wine list; they don't offer it for its characteristics, but simply by name and price. This place is recommended for those who want to spend a lot without knowing what they're drinking. On the other hand, the food is excellent, but having to add VAT to the prices listed on the menu is quite annoying.

21/09/2025: A little hidden gem in the city of Nola. Stunning interiors, impeccable service, and top-notch cuisine. It was a complete experience. It's not a restaurant, but an Umami boutique.
