29/12/2025: My father has been coming to this pastry shop for years, especially for the ever-present Christmas panettone, which has always been of spectacular quality and fragrance, like all of the Maestro's creations. A special mention goes to Mrs. Catherine, always kind and helpful, and to Mrs. Rosa, an assistant who takes impeccable care of her customers.

23/02/2026: I had a decidedly negative experience. The young woman who assisted me, with curly black hair, immediately appeared rude and annoyed. She seemed to be in a great hurry, and this translated into a hasty and unprofessional attitude. She responded curtly to my requests, with no willingness or desire to clarify any doubts. I got the impression that she simply wanted to get rid of the customer as quickly as possible, without carrying out her work with the care and attention one would expect. I understand that some days can be stressful, but that doesn't excuse the lack of courtesy and commitment. Service like this really leaves a bad taste in the mouth and certainly doesn't encourage anyone to return.

16/02/2026: We ordered from Alfonsino just before closing time and were truly impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the I Love Poké staff. The girl was super helpful on the phone and even wrote down the names on the bowls to distinguish which one was gluten-free. Such rare attention, especially when ordering via the app! Plus, the poké was delicious and super fresh. Congratulations, truly! 💚

21/08/2025: I went here for a kebab piadina, very fast fast food service, very clean place, very attentive and kind staff, I had a full piadina, excellent flavor, full and very large, I also tried the chicken wings which were really very good, total €11.00 excellent value for money!

14/07/2025: Terrible experience, subpar kebab, poor hygiene by the staff (the same gentleman at the cash register, after handling cash, touched the piadinas without washing his hands while placing them on the grill...), low-quality meat, limited vegetable selection. I must reluctantly say this is a kebab you won't want to repeat. Since my review has been accused of being false, if you'd like, I can tell you the date and time. And I think if I tell you what happened, you, the business owner/manager, will remember it very well: we asked for piadinas without chips, but the guy in charge got confused and put them on, and you rudely shooed him away, immediately starting making more with the same hands with which you'd collected our money and who knows how many others. It happened on Sunday, June 29th, around 11 p.m. I imagine you'll definitely have to justify yourself somehow, but hygiene is the foundation of any business in this sector... So a simple apology would be much more welcome, and you'd certainly look better. Accusing people of false reviews is base. And what's the point? If I'd eaten well, I'd have written a good review, but that wasn't the case. I'm just expressing my opinion and sharing an event that happened to the reader. That's it. My review is completely disinterested. Have a good day!

06/12/2025: Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. I've tried calling the pizzeria several times, but they almost never answer, even when I contact them a minute after opening time. This has caused me more than one problem: once, despite having made a reservation, I still had to wait a long time for service. On another occasion, I called at 6:00 PM to make a reservation, and was told it wasn't possible because the dough had already run out.

06/12/2025: The pizza is often undercooked and lacks toppings. The wait times, despite the small number of customers, are exaggerated, and the staff doesn't answer calls. They often say they've run out of dough so they can't make the pizza. Once, they told me they ran out of dough at 6:00 PM.
