The staff was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The dishes were refined, explained in great detail. The same goes for the wine selection. A beautiful setting, I highly recommend it!

A welcoming place with an intimate atmosphere. You can immediately sense a higher level of service. The quality is exceptional, as is the presentation of the dishes. I ordered the nigiri selection, the uramaki selection, the sea urchin gunkan (off-menu), and two desserts. Prices are high, but worth it. Reservations recommended!

A great discovery! We had dinner with friends on Thursday evening. The place was beautiful, but the amazing thing was the top-notch food! Highly recommended for fusion sushi lovers (obviously not all-you-can-eat), so far the best I've ever had! We'll be back to try the rest of the menu, both the first and second courses, which will certainly be just as good.

A very elegant restaurant with an open kitchen. High-quality ingredients and unusual pairings. The otoro French toast is an explosion of flavor, as is the tuna tartare. The truffle used is of the highest quality, but it tends to overpower the other flavors, so the sea bream in the bao is a bit lost. The sea urchin gunkan and the scampi nigiri are good, but I personally expected something more from the 24 assorted uramaki. Good selection of French wines. Friendly and knowledgeable wait staff. High prices.

A very well-maintained restaurant with a relaxing atmosphere. The open kitchen and high-quality wine list are impressive. We were welcomed and guided by Angelo, who was attentive, kind, and discreet. We opted for the chef's tasting menu, and Angelo perfectly paired the five wines, offering us gems like the Palazzo Lana. We'll be back to try other Japanese dishes.
