Extremely comfortable chairs, spacious tables, a modern and innovative atmosphere, truly spectacular.
Service: fast and impeccable! The guys put heart and soul into their work, and this truly makes you feel at home.
They're fast and always ready to accommodate your every request.
Food: TRADITION AND INNOVATION
As a longtime fan of the legendary PROVOLETTA AL FORNO, I was impressed because they even managed to improve it, which wasn't easy. There's only one flaw: that toasted bread with oil and oregano was a great highlight, too bad you replaced it with "pane pizza" (pizza bread), it was better before.
PANUOZZO DELLA CASA: Wow, it's still spectacular as ALWAYS!! Worth the price of the dinner alone: excellent fior di latte, delicious and plentiful prosciutto, crumbled sausage, and the fantastic roasted eggplant with just the right amount of spiciness—everything was truly delicious!!
PIZZA: A taste of pizza is a must, and here you've made a breakthrough that truly enhances your reputation!! Highly digestible dough, quality ingredients, and expertly rolled out/baked pizza allow you to indulge without feeling too full. Not to mention the truly impressive amount of ingredients; once again, you've managed to improve on an already EXCELLENT product!!
In conclusion: TRIS lives up to its name, it's improved even further and is truly one of the best pizzerias/panuozzerie in Gragnano!!

We visited this pizzeria and were thrilled in every way!
As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a warm, family atmosphere, with the aroma of freshly baked pizza that immediately put us in a good mood 🤤
The place is spotless, with attention to detail and tastefully decorated—modern yet welcoming.
The service is impeccable: friendly, smiling, and attentive staff, always ready to satisfy every request with courtesy and speed.
The pizza is exceptional, not to mention the panuozzo (I recommend the Michè flavor): light and fragrant dough, top-quality ingredients, perfectly cooked. Every bite is a true explosion of flavor!
Varied and original menu: a wide selection of classic and gourmet pizzas. Ideal for children, who are welcomed with loving and friendly patience. Excellent value: generous portions, fair prices, and top-notch quality. What can I say, a pizzeria that makes you want to come back even before you leave the door!

25/08/2025: Two €14 panuozzi, two Peroni beers, four covers, three crocche, four aubergine meatballs, he had the courage to ask for €62.00, absolutely avoid it, it's very expensive. The reviews must be read (first) we will never go back also because the panuozzo wasn't that great... how it managed to get to €62 I don't know🧐🧐🧐 even the receipt was not issued as the bill was told to us verbally 🤨🤨🤨

16/10/2025: Hi everyone, I wanted to give this restaurant 5 stars, but only because there are some decorations in the dining room—I don't know how to classify them, but let's call them—under the ceiling that aren't at all beautiful. I also went there because I knew the brother, who also had a very well-known restaurant in our area, "Angolo del Paradiso," a historic restaurant that was great, located in the mountains, like this one.
Anyway, the food is good, very rustic, with typical local products, excellent grilled meat, excellent service, and finally, the prices are fair. I highly recommend it. I just hope they come to their senses and remove those decorations from the ceiling.
02/10/2025: Excellent experience, authentic food cooked with respect for tradition. A place that's a piece of history, which the excellent Ciro upholds so well. It will be a pleasure to return. It's best to find out the best route to help with the brakes and clutch.

02/03/2025: Sono stata in questa famossima pizzeria, nota soprattutto per il suo Panuozzo, definito il più buono di Gragnano, venerdì 28 febbraio. È stata la prima volta che mangiavo questa specialità. Eravamo in due, avevamo provato a chiamare per poter prenotare 2 posti ma purtroppo la linea risultava sempre occupata e comunque abbiamo scoperto che il weekend non accettano prenotazioni per la grande folla. Arrivati verso le 21 e qualcosa, sapevo già che ci sarebbe stata attesa, infatti c'erano tantissime persone ad attendere. Abbiamo lasciato il nome, ricevendo in risposta che ci sarebbe stata un attesa di 30 minuti. Non sono stati 30 minuti ma un oretta, penso che comunque in un locale con così tanta fama e gente di venerdì sera, sia più che accettabile. Siamo stati fatti accomodare e abbiamo ordinato un panuozzo metà gusto ortolana e metà gusto tarantella. L'attesa per il panuozzo è stata poca, siamo stati serviti quasi subito. E che dire?!? L'attesa ne è valsa veramente la pena. Non ho mai mangiato un Panuozzo così buono, proprio l'impasto era straordinario: croccante, saporito, cotto alla perfezione e super farcito. La dimensione del panuozzo poi? Veramente esagerata. Se siete in due, vi consiglio di ordinarne uno che sarà poi diviso in 4 parti, 2 parti ciascuno. Ogni parte è veramente grande. E poi il ripieno? Non ho mai visto così tanta farcitura.
Tutti e due i gusti sono stati buonissimi, non ci sono parole per descrivere la bontà ma il gusto tarantella con salame, funghi, carciofi, mozzarella, olive nere aveva una marcia in più. Anche il gusto ortolana con friarielli, melenzane, peperoni, zucchine era buonissimo ma ci ha conquistato l'altro gusto. In due abbiamo speso 25 euro, 2 euro per l'acqua minerale, 2 euro per l'acqua naturale, il coperto più un limoncello. Un prezzo più che accettabile per un prodotto di altissima qualità. Siamo rimasti troppo soddisfatti e felici, un Panuozzo veramente eccezionale.
Spero di ritornarci prima o poi per assaggiare qualche altro gusto.

15/09/2025: We visited this grill restaurant on Sunday for lunch. I must say that I found the quality-price ratio to be very good. The €25 menu per person includes a mixed appetizer, a choice of first course, a meat-based second course, a side dish, and dessert. Drinks included are a bottle of water and a bottle of wine or Coke per couple. Obviously, there are some things that could be improved or revised, but my five stars are primarily based on the quality-price ratio. I would return.
