07/04/2026: Good evening everyone, after a beautiful walk near the lake, we went to Trattoria Marè. We sat inside, where they were still mopping the floor. The bathroom was out of disposable towels. At the table, however, we noticed that two out of four glasses were dirty, and the waiter very kindly changed them. Meanwhile, the hot and cold appetizers arrived, very meager, including: microwaved almond shrimp, unseasoned octopus, bland food, reheated and stuffed OLD canapés, Mexican-style beans, and a fish appetizer that had nothing to do with it, which was also bland. In short, everything they didn't sell yesterday, which was Easter, they reheated for us. Meanwhile, we barely had one plate returned, and the waiter kindly took it away, forgetting to bring a clean one. The seafood linguine arrived, tasteless, the grilled shrimp were of terrible quality, the fried shrimp and calamari were good, and finally the gnocchi, shrimp, and zucchini were good BUT, alas, with a long hair. We paid €12 for the cover charge (four people), despite what had happened. The price doesn't reflect the value of the food. P.S. For those who want to ruin an evening, choose "Trattoria Marè" or it's excellent, and I'd recommend it to my bitterest enemies.

22/06/2026: We ordered the Sunday set menu and for only €40 we had a delicious meal. A variety of seafood dishes, all tasty and filling. The service was friendly and we had a lovely Sunday afternoon escaping the heat. I highly recommend it!

11/06/2026: Nice restaurant on the Baia harbor, with a view of the bay. The staff is very nice and friendly, and the food is good but not exceptional. Highly recommended.

02/05/2026: A small but very welcoming place. Authentic and tasty cuisine, including excellent seafood-flavored pasta and potatoes, Genovese pasta, and paccheri with chili pepper. The appetizers were very interesting, with the octopus alla Luciana standing out. The coffee made with the moka pot was a plus. Very good service.

11/06/2026: My family and I arrived in Bacoli around 11 PM. Most places wouldn't be serving food at that hour. The only exception was Pizza Village, where the kind and helpful owner sat us down at a table, without rushing us, and served us what was still available at that hour. A few slices of pizza, which was decent, and two stuffed calzones.

20/05/2026: We wanted to indulge in a late-night treat with two stuffed doughnuts. Delivery took a long time, the filling was generous, but the dough was very thin and had a nasty aftertaste of stale oil.

10/05/2026: A two-hour wait for an order of two sweets is unacceptable to me, but I wanted to upgrade my rating to two stars (previously one) because the owner was kind enough to acknowledge the mistake and personally deliver our order without charging us anything, a gesture I can only appreciate. As for the quality of the order itself (in our case, realistic fruit), there's nothing to write home about. The taste wasn't bad, but it wasn't worth €8 a piece and such a long wait.

15/07/2026: Saturday evening, paid valet parking. Bar only suitable for a drink by the sea. Aside from the 30-minute wait to get a seat and order, we also ordered food, and it didn't arrive until 50 minutes later. Not even everything arrived, because after an hour and 15 minutes of waiting we decided to leave because what had arrived was cold and poorly prepared. High prices: 1 Coke Zero, 1 peach estathe, 1 hot dog, and a portion of fries cost €23 (the hot dog arrived after 50 minutes, the Coke was so warm with everything that they brought me a glass of ice, and the fries didn't arrive at all because after the umpteenth "they'll be right there," they waited another 25 minutes and still hadn't arrived... we're talking about fries... and we're not the only ones who complained). The staff were even worse. They made fun of us by continuing with the food, first of all by not telling us about possible delays and potential problems, but above all, you can't say, when the drinks were delivered, that the food would arrive immediately... Correction: we waited 1 hour and 15 minutes, and only the hot dog arrived after 50 minutes. At one point, we got fed up and left. The only positive thing is that it's close to the sea, then for the rest, parking costs 10 euros, 23 euros what we should have received, terrible welcome, and disrespectful and unprofessional staff. I just read the response I received, and honestly, I expected a response like that, considering the entire Saturday experience... well, now we also know the reason for your debacle. The wait is understandable; you don't want to wait, but waiting 10 minutes is one thing, while waiting an hour or more is another. And I think there are two things going on here: the first is that I'm really not suited to these little places... I would never wait an hour for subpar food... and the second is that cooking isn't your art! Just make the drinks; you'll look better.

20/06/2026: I celebrated my 18th birthday at Nereis. It was a fantastic party, everything was perfect. The staff was helpful and friendly, and Giuseppe, the owner, was wonderful. Thank you for making my party unforgettable.
