05/11/2025: We had dinner at "Casa Chef" last night and were absolutely blown away. The welcome was warm, and the wait staff pampered us throughout the dinner, with attentive yet never intrusive service. ​The ambiance is exquisite, perfect for a special occasion. ​But the real star is the food. It's immediately clear why it's called "Casa Chef": every dish is a small masterpiece. We started with a seafood appetizer that amazed us with its freshness and originality. For the main course, the food was cooked to perfection, with flavors that blended beautifully. ​The desserts are equally as impressive. ​Rarely do you find places with such customer care and such high quality. Congratulations to all the staff and, of course, the Chef! We'll be back very soon.

18/10/2025: Unfortunately, our experience was truly disappointing. The draft beer we were served was warm and undrinkable. After we pointed this out, they replaced it with bottled beer, which turned out to be expired—a serious problem for a place that should guarantee the quality of its drinks. We ordered 11 pizzas, but many arrived incorrectly. Furthermore, the quality of the pizzas was poor. Despite the mistakes, they still charged us for the incorrect pizzas, with no apology or attempt to correct them. Furthermore, we had to wait a long time both for the initial order and for any corrections, making the experience even more frustrating. The service was slow and inattentive, lacking professionalism and customer service. No one apologized or attempted to resolve the issues satisfactorily. All in all, a very negative experience in every way. A place with these shortcomings doesn't deserve the trust of its customers, and we certainly won't be returning.

The service was polite, precise, and patient. The food was all delicious. We couldn't find a single flaw. They were truly excellent. We'll definitely be back.

The banquet opened with a rich and spectacular buffet, accompanied by exquisite sparkling wines that immediately set the tone: elegant, festive, and impeccable. The gourmet menu then enchanted with the quality of the ingredients and the creative pairings. Special praise goes to Chef Lindoro, creator of dishes that are true works of art. The twice-cooked octopus, wrapped in a delicate honey sauce and Agerola provola fondue, and the suckling pig with potatoes and Annurca apples were unforgettable, a perfect balance between tradition and innovation. The spectacular first courses confirmed the mastery of the cuisine. Each course was accompanied by a carefully chosen wine pairing: from sparkling wines to rosé, to an elegant Nebbiolo, thanks to Valerio's expertise and sensitivity, attentive to presentation and guest satisfaction. Making everything even more special, Sara, a wedding planner with a refined eye, oversaw the decor down to the smallest detail and watched over the room with discretion and warmth. The grand finale? A poolside dessert buffet that enchanted with its beauty and variety, culminating with an exquisite cake and the enveloping aroma of fine rums.
