The cordiality of Angelo and his family accompanied us in a riot of flavors and consistencies linked to ingredients of our southern cuisine that pushed our taste to the nth degree. A dinner worthy of 10 and even more, every detail from the price to the seat was treated in the most scrupulous way possible. Heartfelt compliments! We will return soon!
14/06/2025: The name says it all: A Casa dello Chef is truly like feeling at home, or maybe even better. I was lucky enough to celebrate my graduation here and I couldn’t have chosen a more appropriate place. There were a nice table of us, and despite the number, the welcome was warm, genuine, attentive to every detail. Angelo, the chef, is not only a top-level professional in the kitchen, but also an extraordinary person: present, friendly, and capable of creating extraordinary dishes using quality products. At his side, his wife and children complete a simply impeccable family team: friendly, helpful and welcoming in an authentic way — a rare quality, which I personally always hope to find in people. Everything was perfect: from the atmosphere to the service, from the smiles to the food, which was obviously amazing. I can only recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have a real, human and very high-quality experience. Thank you so much!

03/06/2025: A wonderful bar. Delicious and fresh desserts. Sublime coffee if made by the owner. Extremely clean. Welcoming place for a breakfast with friends both inside and outside the place. Professional, helpful, kind staff. Every time I pass through Vairano and the surrounding area, I make it my point of reference.

02/02/2025: Dico solo che non sei nella guida Michelin per tantissimi anni così a caso. I piatti dello chef sono deliziosi andresti lì solo per il pane ai fichi, tutto veramente squisito, complimenti anche al servizio in sala molto attento e cordiale. Bravi

21/04/2025: On Easter Monday 2025 I paid 35 euros the service doesn't even deserve one star they are too slow and disorganised, the environment is beautiful but really if you have to do something it's not worth it for me it was better to hire some waiters and do table service they did before. I had seen the reviews and photos and was happy but then I arrived at the place and I saw the worst of the organisation.

25/05/2025: We stumbled upon this seafood restaurant by chance and... what a wonderful discovery! The welcome from Carlo, the owner, was truly special: warm, hospitable and at the same time professional, he made us feel at home right away.
We tried one of the house specialties, the porchetta di mare... an explosion of flavors, truly heavenly! The other seafood cured meats are also absolutely worth it: original, tasty and prepared with great care.
And then the first courses... what a surprise, the octopus genovese! I had never tried it before, and it was a revelation: tasty, delicate, perfectly balanced.
A place we recommend with all our hearts, where you eat very well and are welcomed like friends. We will definitely be back!

01/03/2025: Disappointing experience
We were in this place with three people and, as soon as we arrived, they hastily told us that everything was booked and that we could only stay until 9-9.30pm (it was 8pm). We accepted anyway and ordered two glasses of wine, a Coca-Cola and a medium platter.
Unfortunately, the service was terrible right from the start. Coca-Cola was served with a plastic cup (why?) resting on the cap (also unhygienic), while another customer with a Fanta was brought a glass cup with a straw. Different treatment, for no reason.
The waitress tried to take away the cutting board before we had finished eating, and when we went out for a moment to smoke, the owner cleared the entire table without even asking, even taking away the still half-full Coca-Cola.
At the time of the bill, we paid €30, of which:
€10 for two glasses of wine (€5 each)
€2 for Coca-Cola (which they threw away)
€15 for a meager platter (it was worth a maximum of 10/12 euros exaggerating), with a few slices of cured meat, four triangles of cheese and some olives
€3 added without any explanation, passed off as "cover charge" in a place that isn't even a restaurant.
In addition to the exaggerated prices for the quantity of food and the quality of the service, we were practically kicked out without even a minimum of courtesy. Too bad, because it could have been a nice place, but with this attitude it doesn't deserve a second chance.

21/04/2025: Peggio di così è davvero difficile. Qualità pessima servizio inesistente......due camerieri per quanto gentili ......insufficienti per circa 300 persone.
Tempi di attesa assurdi. Quantità delle porzioni insufficiente. Dopo antipasto e primo (totalmente freddo) hanno abbandonato il locale più della metà dei prenotati.
Ulteriore beffa per essere rimasti fino alla fine avendo persone anziane al seguito. Peggio di uno scadente pranzo turistico. Eppure doveva essere il Pranzo Pasquale.
Un consiglio ......anche se per quanto fatto non meritate neppure un consiglio ........cambiate lavoro........datevi al furto........il futuro è vostro.

30/12/2024: Bar rinomato del paese ove è possibile passare ore in compagnia come ritrovo tra amici e parenti e magari esibirsi nelle serate "Karaoke" consumando cocktail e/o bibite o un bel gelato. A colazione non manca una cornetteria completa sfornata sempre calda. Se vi trovate da queste parti una tappa anche per un semplice caffè è d'obbligo!
