The bartender was very kind and willing to explain whatever we needed, despite the time of day. I was impressed by the variety of their products: cakes, biscuits, ice cream.

11/07/2025: Good morning, I'd like to share an experience that left me genuinely perplexed. You gave me the option to book for 2:30 PM, specifying a 30-minute grace period on my arrival time. At 2:36 PM, I received a message asking if everything was confirmed, but specifying that the restaurant would close around 3:00 PM. So, I wonder: why allow reservations at that time? At 2:40 PM, we were seated and immediately told to hurry because you would close at 3:00 PM. The inconvenience was further accentuated by the air conditioning and lights being turned off, and the curtains being drawn, as if to clearly signal that we had to leave. I fully understand that every business has its own schedule and organizational needs, but the question arises: why accept reservations at that time if you're then unable to manage them appropriately and respectfully? I believe a little more clarity, consistency, and attention to customer service would really make a difference.

11/05/2025: It's not the first time here at Scelto, but as every time it is once again one of my favorite places! The guys are kind and professional, the dishes are typical of our tradition but revisited without distortions. Excellent selection of wines! Prices are in line with the dishes. Today in particular there were ceremonies, but they managed to manage the room calmly despite the number of people. I highly recommend it!

12/07/2025: Excellent place, in a good location, welcoming. The food was delicious, but the service left much to be desired. They gave me a broken plate (I avoided having it changed, but I told the staff). I asked for a sausage sandwich, fries, and ketchup, and they brought me a sausage sandwich, fries, and mayo. Being anti-waste, I decided to eat it. The wait was long, very long. We ordered a Happy Hippo pizza (I must say, EXCELLENT) but waited 45 minutes. For what we ate, the price was excellent.
