21/07/2025: Disclaimer: if you think you are a pizza connoisseur then please visit this place - it will blow your mind!! The guy is not just a chef/pizzaiolo but a true artist that went against the "religion" of pizza and made art using creativity and love💖 We finally made it to Pepe in Grani in Caiazzo, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. My partner and I went for the tasting menu, which was a great way to experience the creativity and skill that Franco Pepe is known for. I am not gonna list every single dish we had - you can look at the pictures or better go and try yourself :) all I am gonna say about the food is that is made with the freshest ingredients and the perfect combination between them. Throughout the meal, we were impressed not only by the flavor but by how each dish told a story. It wasn’t just a pizza tasting – it felt like a journey through local ingredients, techniques, and Franco Pepe’s imagination. Service was friendly and professional, and the pacing between courses was spot on. If you’re a pizza lover looking for something beyond the usual, the tasting menu here is a must. It’s refined without being pretentious, innovative but rooted in tradition. We'll be talking about this meal for a long time. GRAZIE FRANCO!!

17/07/2025: Piccolo locale nel cuore di Caiazzo , particolarità aperto solo per noi per festeggiare un compleanno pulizia , cortesia e professionalità , sul cibo non si può perdere l’antipasto di prodotti del luogo , ho ancora ora sulle papille gustative le loro carote in agrodolce , da sballo i cappelletti ripieni di melanzane fatte a mano , la meravigliosa genovese con una Cipolla dolcissima, buona da sturbo , il baccalà bello alto , fritto e sfogliato , non posso che dare il massimo per questo ristorante e per la loro arte culinaria

08/06/2025: Durante una domenica di passaggio a Caiazzo, abbiamo deciso di fermarci per pranzo. Su consiglio di un abitante del luogo, siamo stati indirizzati presso questo ristorante, dove abbiamo scelto di assaggiare il loro piatto principale, la "Genovese", preparata con cipolle locali. Preciso che la mia famiglia ha antiche origini napoletane e ritengo di avere un palato raffinato in grado di apprezzare un piatto tanto semplice quanto elaborato; tuttavia, questa pietanza tanto lodata si è rivelata essere una cipolla liquida e priva di sapore, con pochi filamenti di carne. Inoltre, la quantità esigua di pasta servita risultava più un assaggio che un vero pasto, decisamente insufficiente considerando il prezzo intorno ai 15 euro. Delusi da questa esperienza negativa, abbiamo richiesto il conto e lasciato il locale ancora affamati. Per soddisfare il nostro appetito, ci siamo successivamente rifocillati presso Sparono, nota pasticceria locale.

13/06/2025: A day to remember thanks to Mr. Antonio who welcomed us and made us feel at ease. Walk, food, environment, everything is top, go there if you want to spend a day surrounded by nature and discover curiosities... about the area, the owner is a well of knowledge.

08/06/2025: Beautiful agriturismo, with animals and a garden with a vegetable garden and many gems to discover. The fixed menu is seasonal, quality and plentiful. The owners, very kind, have customized a vegetarian menu for me. Thank you, fantastic experience!

30/06/2025: It should be possible to give more than 5 stars to this wonderful place, managed with great professionalism and competence by the Marziale family. We returned yesterday 17 years after our wedding and it has even improved with time. Highly recommended, congratulations!!!

From the first meeting we were welcomed with professionalism and warmth: Claudio and Loredana, the owners, were always present, attentive and ready to meet our every need. Their attention to detail made everything impeccable. The location is truly enchanting: the view, the well-kept garden and the elegant internal hall won us and all our guests over. Every space was enhanced to the maximum, creating a magical atmosphere from start to finish. The food was simply perfect: refined, abundant dishes made with quality ingredients. We received so many compliments from our guests. A special thanks to Ornella, our Wedding Planner: she accompanied us step by step with competence, patience and a reassuring smile. And thanks also to Gino, the chef, for exceeding all expectations with an unforgettable menu. 02/07/2025: Event (in this case graduation party) splendid! Maximum attention and cordial availability from the managers, Claudio and Ornella, despite our various requests and the need for changes that arose up to a few hours before the party. Attentive and quick staff in responding to any doubts or additional requests; excellent dinner and also the entertainment thanks to the DJ Pasquale, also super helpful and the photographer Antonio. A wonderful location with a unique atmosphere also thanks to the pergola environment with windows overlooking the pool. Really nothing to say and highly recommended for any type of event! Thank you🥂

The atmosphere was romantic, the estate is an enchanting, magical place, especially the splendor of the terrace with all the decorations and lights. A special thanks goes to Emanuela for her elegance, kindness, and always ready to meet our needs, but also for being with us on this day and before, taking care of all the details and making our wedding like a fairytale filled with love. Not to mention the enchanting poolside cake with truly moving fireworks. Thanks go to Fabio and his staff for their professionalism, friendliness, exquisite food, and impeccable service. 06/07/2025: Very suggestive place, well cared for, large outdoor spaces and even a waterfall. I have not visited everything, the restaurant room where I was was large and bright. The kind staff is available to satisfy every need of the customers. The food is satisfactory, the presentation of the dishes discreet. They are attentive to intolerances and are also ready with gluten-free and lactose-free menus. I consider my experience positive. I would return.

11/05/2025: Location bellissima , suggestiva e curata nei minimi dettagli, cucina ottima, creativa e di altissima qualità...mai banale...carta dei vini varia e sempre all' altezza, servizio attento e cordiale, porzioni soddisfacenti...fate conto che noi non siamo riusciti a finire il secondo, peraltro buonissimo... l' idea di cucinare la carne direttamente sulla griglia ( presente su alcuni tavoli a richiesta) è divertente e permette di arrostire al livello di cottura desiderato, la carne è abbondante ( noi abbiamo scelto la selezione di carne denominata "ghiotto" che è più che sufficiente per tre persone e propone una varietà di carni che accontenta tutti i gusti) Noi abbiamo ordinato alla carta e abbiamo spaziato dall' antipasto,le mitiche polpette... veramente buonissime, ai primi ... veramente creativi e sorprendenti, nonché ottima e poi suddetti i secondi...la chef è Amelia Falco...che qualcuno ricorderà essere finalista di Master Chef che si conferma essere talentuosa e veramente bravissima a deliziarci con le sue creazioni... esperienza consigliatissima

Un’esperienza che profuma di tradizione, con sapori genuini, un’accoglienza calorosa e un vino davvero eccellente che ha accompagnato perfettamente il pasto.
