03/11/2025: Excellent restaurant, excellent flavor and service
We had a really good time.
02/11/2025: A very charming location, probably an old stable or warehouse of the castle.
It's also tastefully and elegantly furnished.
A vast and varied selection of wines and spirits is on display.
The cuisine is excellent, with excellent value. However, the desserts and treats are a bit pricey.
Regarding the service, we were captivated by the skill of the owners' 11-year-old daughter.
A few small flaws in general:
The bathrooms didn't have toilet paper or napkins to dry your hands;
The glass was stained with lipstick;
It would always be better to offer free liqueurs and coffee.
Given the weather, we dived into the mushroom, pumpkin, and meat dishes...but we'll definitely be back, to try the seafood.

09/11/2025: Perhaps the most beautiful restaurant in this medieval village: well-kept, clean, and with a relaxing atmosphere. Prices are almost Michelin-starred, the owner is very kind, but the portions are incredibly small... you'll leave feeling almost hungry.
Unfortunately, the wait staff seems rather inexperienced, probably fresh out of hotel school: they make gross errors and don't seem to be supervised by anyone. The bottle is opened but the cork isn't put to the nose, while a waitress doesn't know the dish she's serving and sends it back (an incident we witnessed at the table next to ours).
When you spend €20 for a first course with such small portions, certain details shouldn't be overlooked.
Reservations are absolutely essential on weekends, otherwise it's difficult to find a table.

Very good and plentiful food, and very friendly staff.
22/10/2025: We went on a Sunday. The fixed menu offered excellent value. Quality food served with attention to detail, drinks included, including a bottle of excellent wine. The varied and refined appetizers and tastings included spectacular first courses. The grilled meat was incredibly tender, and even the potatoes and salad were delicious. Dessert included a ring cake with warm lemon cream. The bright dining room offers a serene view of the valley and Mount Taburno. Open spaces and lots of greenery. Fresh air. We'll be back!

12/07/2025: I BELIEVE I'VE ALREADY BEEN TO THIS FARMHOUSE IN SANTA AGATA DEI GOTI THREE TIMES IN ALL, AND I LOVE THE LOCATION IN ITSELF, BUT ALL THE MORE REASONABLY, IF I ACTUALLY GO HERE TO THIS PLACE, A STOP AT AGRITURISMO CINELLI IS A MUST. IT'S A FAMILY-FRIENDLY LOCATION, LOCATED IN A BEAUTIFUL PLACE SURROUNDED BY HUGE GREEN LAND WITH A PLAY AREA FOR CHILDREN.
THE LOCATION IS SIMPLE, BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. THE EAT IS ALMOST EVERYTHING LOCAL AND EVERYTHING IS HOME-MADE, FROM THE APPETIZER TO THE DESSERT, SIDE DISHES, AND FIRST COURSE.
PREFERABLY, THE ENTIRE MENU IS MADE ONLY OF MEATS, BUT THE REST WAS TO BE EXPECTED GIVEN WHERE WE ARE. WE'LL FIND IT, BUT I RECOMMEND IT. IF YOU'RE IN THE AREA, I RECOMMEND RESERVING, BUT IT'S OK. 02/06/2025: Ho avuto il piacere di partecipare come ospite a un pranzo di famiglia in questo agriturismo, dove avevo già pranzato in passato. La gentilezza, la pulizia e la tranquillità sono rimaste invariate. Tuttavia, ho notato un cambiamento nelle pietanze, che sembrano essere diminuite sia in quantità che in qualità. La cucina tradizionale e saporita ha ceduto il passo a piatti di tendenza più recente. Con un costo di 35 euro a persona, ci si aspetterebbe qualcosa di più, sia in termini di quantità che di qualità.

23/11/2025: I booked with a Smartbox, and it was a wonderful discovery! Surrounded by greenery, it's a shame it was rainy, otherwise I would have taken advantage of the opportunity to enjoy the garden and pool.
The room was very comfortable, spacious, with plenty of space, and a large bathroom with a window.
The package also included dinner. We were happy to choose from a selection of first courses, generous appetizers, and a main course with side dish. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean.

13/10/2025: Invited by friends. The place is surrounded by greenery and has a few animals. There's a small soccer field for the kids. A plastic slide, a metal slide, a trampoline, and a swing (somewhat makeshift but functional).
Mediocre food. Fixed menu at €35. The first course appetizer was a 3, with a slice of yellowed prosciutto, a slice of yellowed cheese, two slices of primo sale cheese, 3 olives, a bruschetta with tomato sauce, and a slice of grilled eggplant.
Other appetizers were a 6: meatball with pumpkin, polenta with ragu, fried eggplant, and fried pasta. First course: pasta with lamb sauce, and another first course: sausage and eggplant, a 6. Second course: sausage and potato, and a sliced steak with cherry tomatoes and arugula, a 6. Dessert: a sort of tiramisu, not a tiramisu, a 5. Wine and other drinks were included (the still water tasted musty, so I opted for sparkling water). The liqueurs and coffee were nothing special. Lots of people, and many dishes were prepared long ago and therefore oxidized.
Honestly, I don't recommend what I saw and ate, and I wouldn't return. If they reduce the quantity and increase the quality, they'll definitely be more satisfied.

We had lunch yesterday. The food was plentiful and delicious, with authentic flavors. The place was super clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We'll be back soon.

15/08/2025: A beautiful and refined location in the magical heart of Sant'Agata de' Goti.
Excellent cuisine, friendly and helpful staff. Giovanna is also an excellent sommelier.
The chef, besides being excellent, knows how to surprise his guests with pleasant surprises that complement and enrich the menu.
Here you can feel the passion and love these guys put into their work.
A place I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a superior culinary experience in a pleasant and charming setting.

04/08/2025: We didn't even have dinner—we only came in to ask for information, but we were treated coldly, almost as if our presence were a nuisance.
We can't comment on the food, but with such a warm welcome, we wouldn't even be interested in the best dish in the world.
If you don't want outside customers entering during private events, put up a clear sign at the entrance.
A restaurant can lose customers before it wins them. And that's what happened.

Perhaps there was a big misunderstanding, but I'd like to clarify something: I wasn't there to visit the building, nor was I looking for a tour or an appointment. I simply came in to ask about the restaurant—hours, availability of tables outside—because I was thinking of returning for dinner another day.
I wasn't expecting a "guided tour," but a simple "Good evening, how may I help you?" Instead, we were escorted to the exit without even having the chance to speak.
If there's a private event, it's right to protect it—but you put up a sign, or at least communicate politely. Instead, we felt coldness, distance, and no interest in us as potential customers.
Evaluating an experience is a right, especially if it's a restaurant open to the public. And describing such an inhospitable welcome isn't "defamation," it's simply telling the truth.

20/11/2025: Honestly, this is my third time going there. The first few times were really good, but this third time I ate a bit of fish (which is strange, because I prefer to eat it only in excellent restaurants where it's served FRESH because they show you by bringing your choice to the table before cooking it). However, I was told it was good, and my stomach hurt so much that I'll never set foot there again! I'm still on stomach treatment, and a week later, I had a terrible time... I don't know, but from what I saw, the owner wasn't there that evening, and I'm sorry because the other times when he was there, this didn't happen, since he personally came to take orders and take care of the customer's requests...
People also write about excellent, fresh, and high-quality food, but what exactly do you eat at your place? Have you ever been to a real restaurant????! Oh... I'm sorry, the owner is a nice person, but the restaurant is not good at all👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
16/10/2025: Nothing exceptional. More of a trattoria than a restaurant. If you choose simple dishes based on local products, such as a mixed antipasto of cured meats and cheeses or a first or second course of meat, it might be fine. Don't expect anything more sophisticated, and if you want a good wine, don't go for the local one. A fish-based first course is awful, but a fried shrimp and calamari is good.
Not recommended, especially if you have to travel many kilometers to get there.
