16/06/2026: The place was clean, but the service was a bit slow, even though there weren't many of us for lunch. I was honestly disappointed because the first courses were good but nothing special, as the pasta was fresh but certainly not homemade. The second courses were disappointing: salty fish and sinewy meat that was difficult to cut, even though it tasted good. Unfortunately, we weren't entirely satisfied. The prices were fair.

Then there's Francesco, my breakfast problem solver: capable of clearing up any doubts I have about what to have, always super helpful, and with contagious energy. The cappuccino and croissant are top marks, but the real highlight is the assortment of desserts: an endless selection and top quality. It's my go-to place, especially on Sundays: if you're going to visit relatives or friends for lunch and want to impress everyone, this is the place to go. Stop by, stock up on pastries, and you'll make a great impression. Highly recommended! 💕

29/06/2026: The recently renovated property is surrounded by greenery. The rooms are spacious and new. I didn't know to book dinner, but the owner still prepared an excellent meal.
28/06/2026: Very well-maintained facility and professional, courteous staff.
Dinner was also rich in locally sourced products and delicious recipes.
Ideal for motorcycle travelers like us who travel from the north to Calabria.
Highly recommended.

21/06/2026: A company to which I owe so much. I started with them, where I discovered a world foreign to me 12 years ago. It's a job I'm proud to do today, thanks also to their raw materials. I've been able to understand and believe in this work, dedicating time to understanding how and where to improve. They are number one in this. Thank you for what you do. Only those who are inside can understand the values and sacrifices that are made to bring the finished product to customers' tables.

05/05/2026: Discovered by chance, loved by choice!
On the way back from Rome, we discovered this osteria in Faicchio based on the reviews, and I must say they are 100% accurate. The place is nestled in the greenery of Monte Erbano, immaculately clean, and offers a rejuvenating view.
What we tried:
• Charcuterie board: Homemade and top-quality.
• Fiorentina steak: Simply amazing, one of the best I've ever had.
There are no photos because we literally "raided" the dishes as soon as they arrived, but trust me: everything was delicious. If you're looking for substance and a wonderful setting, stop here. Top marks! The staff is kind, helpful, and welcoming...
16/04/2026: I dined here while walking the Via Francigena, recommended by the lady at the B&B who was hosting me.
I ate paccheri with guinea fowl stew, which alone would have been enough to fill me up, and the best lamb I've ever tasted.
I also saw a sumptuous mixed antipasto served.
Adequate service and a welcoming atmosphere, despite there being a birthday party with dozens of children in the next room.

02/05/2026: Simple, welcoming, quiet location. Perfect for families. Numerous natural attractions nearby.
27/04/2026: I don't know, maybe we had the wrong day. The price was the one advertised on the reservation, but the main courses weren't up to par. The pork chop was tough, really tough, and we didn't like it.
It looked like discount meat, I don't know, and the side dish consisted of two (two in total) slices of zucchini in balsamic vinegar, 4 mm thick. They were placed on a handful of arugula, the kind used to garnish a plate, not a side dish.
Another small sore point: the epic wait time for the main course.
Otherwise, the wine was excellent; if it weren't for the main courses, I would have given it full stars.

31/01/2026: Discovered by chance for lunch while on my way elsewhere, the restaurant immediately struck me for its location: spacious and well-kept outdoor spaces, as did the interior. The daily special included a €30 fixed menu, complete and with good-quality dishes.
I must point out two small weaknesses, however: the portions of the first courses were a bit small, and unfortunately, all the hot dishes arrived lukewarm. I honestly mentioned this to the owner at the end of the meal when she asked for my opinion. Overall, a good place, but there are some areas where the service could be improved.

02/06/2026: A lovely pizzeria, very well run by the owners. The kind people reserved a table for us even though we'd called just minutes before arriving. The fact that they answered the phone despite the huge crowd in the dining room was already appreciated. Another pizzeria didn't even answer, and we tried several times. When we got there, we were accompanied by a waiter who immediately took our orders and also told us there would be a bit of a wait. It being late Saturday evening, it's understandable. The wait was worth it. The pizza was delicious and the dough very light. After a long time, I ate the whole pizza, including the crust, and it didn't bother me even a bit. We got some fries, and they were excellent too, dry and not greasy.
Lastly, but only because it's the last thing you ask for, the bill was more than fair, excellent value for money.
Thanks guys, and keep up the good work.
P.S. There are no photos because we immediately thought about eating. 😁😌 I'll take them next time.

11/02/2025: Sono quello del caffè corretto a €2.20 se non succede lo chieda al suo dipendente che stava alla cassa.. quando mi sono lamentato lii mi ha risposto che il caffè 1,30 e 90 cen di correzione..
E ricondotta che un altra volta € 1.90... peccato che ho buttato lo scontrino... faccia un indagine tra i suoi "attori di teatro" e mi faccia sapere.. le auguro una buona giornata

25/08/2025: Special evening, Medieval Festival. They shouldn't have accepted a table for eight people if they couldn't manage the service.
17/08/2025: This is a place we won't be returning to. We hope we don't get sick. 3 sandwiches and a toasted sandwich were all burnt, and the burgers were overcooked and of terrible quality. I'm not attaching any photos because we ran away as soon as the dishes were finished. Three of us had the courage to eat, but it didn't work out, and one of the smartest people in the group broke up her plate and ran away. My advice: Run away.

06/01/2025: Ci siamo sposati il 13 dicembre 2024 e non potevamo scegliere location migliore.
Tutto è stato curato nei minimi dettagli.
Il cibo bello da vedere e ottimo da mangiare, consiglio il risotto al limone veramente eccezionale.
I miei complimenti a tutto il personale , in particolare allo chef , ad Emanuele e a Tina di cui ci siamo fidati dal primo momento e non ce ne siamo pentiti , persona disponibilissima. Seguiti i suoi consigli!!!
A quasi un mese di distanza riceviamo ancora i complimenti.

19/12/2024: Abbiamo scelto questa location per il nostro matrimonio e, sebbene le nostre aspettative fossero alte, il risultato è stato ancora più straordinario di quanto avremmo mai potuto immaginare. La bellezza del posto, immerso in un paesaggio mozzafiato, ha reso ogni momento ancora più speciale. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, curato nei minimi dettagli, e gli spazi sono perfetti per creare un’atmosfera elegante, romantica ma sopratutto magica.
Un capitolo a parte merita il cibo: semplicemente eccellente. Ogni portata era un’esplosione di sapori, preparata con ingredienti freschissimi e presentata con grande attenzione. Ancora oggi, a distanza di giorni, riceviamo complimenti da parte degli ospiti per la qualità e l’originalità dei piatti.
Un ringraziamento particolare va a Tina che ha fatto in modo che ogni nostro desiderio fosse soddisfatto, rendendo il nostro giorno perfetto in ogni sua sfumatura.
Consigliamo questa location a chiunque voglia vivere un matrimonio da sogno, dove tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli e l’esperienza rimarrà indimenticabile per tutti.
Grazie castello, ti risceglierei altre milioni di volte.

01/11/2024: Posto fuori dal tempo ,silenzioso e accogliente .Abbiamo pranzato ed è stato tutto molto saporito,dai primi, in particolare quello con i funghi al dolce, una torta di sfoglia ,crema e marmellata di amarene.Ci è sembrato di essere a casa nostra e , complice la bella giornata, abbiamo goduto di aria fresca e sole.La signora è stata gentilissima.Un'esperienza da ripetere sicuramente.
30/08/2024: Un posto meraviglioso, immerso nel verde, tutto ben curato e gestito in modo impeccabile dalla sig.ra Marilena che è un donna instancabile ed un ottima cuoca. Cibo eccellente, camere ben curate e pulite, piscina da relax assoluto. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
