26/03/2024: An unforgettable wedding! Every element is taken care of down to the smallest detail, the staff is wonderful, attentive, kind and professional.
Villa Kristall is an elegant place where you feel welcomed and at ease, I have never experienced a wedding and a party in such an exceptional way, especially being the bride myself. They didn't give me the chance to worry about anything because they were extremely attentive and helpful. The food is very tasty and above all the cuisine is very creative and innovative in the combination of each flavour. Every guest gave us the happiest compliments for which I act as spokesperson and everything was exceptional for me and for all the guests.
I don't think there is a better place to celebrate any event, highly recommended!
26/03/2024: Last Saturday we celebrated my daughter's wedding. This property has an exceptional location: the cave with waterfall for the cake, the swimming pool, the gazebos for the external buffets, the lawn, the balconies.... the food was delicate and of good quality. The moment of the carts was beautiful... freshly braided mozzarella, fish cuoppi, caciocavallo hanged etc... The entire staff, especially Salvatore and Maria, were extremely helpful. The owner Assunta, Pasquale, her husband and son are exquisite people of great professionalism. Excellent value for money. We couldn't have chosen better!

07/03/2024: Purtroppo l’accoglienza non è il loro forte. Una freddezza scortese e immotivata del tutto incomprensibile per un tipico ristorante irpino. Ricordo all’oste che siamo ospiti paganti e come tali ci si aspetta di essere accolti.
Il cibo di discreta fattura ci ha lasciati basiti per le porzioni: solo tre ravioli e un misto Brace da piangere. Inoltre sconsiglio le cicorie se volete evitare il dentista.
Per quanto riguarda il prezzo del tutto ingiustificato in rapporto all’offerta.

03/01/2024: ho mangiato da Donald ed è stata una pessima esperienza. Ho ordinato un panino Denver Californiano, che non è mai arrivato. Eravamo 14 persone e il cameriere ha fatto confusione con le ordinazioni , ci ha consegnato panini sbagliati e più persone si sono ritrovate a mangiare panini a caso che non avevano ordinato. (Vi lascio immaginare in una situazione di allergie o intolleranze quanto sia grave sbagliare le ordinazioni).
Il panino era pessimo: il pane si presentava di bassa qualità e si sbriciolava completamente, il bacon era artificiale, l’hamburger con carne di qualità inesistente.
Il bello della serata arriva quando il personale si rifiuta di farci pagare con la carta perché come ha detto lui “a me l’iva chi me la paga?” quindi siamo dovute andare a prelevare nella banca di fronte per effettuare un pagamento.
NB: il pagamento non poteva avvenire in maniera separata, tutti dovevano avere i soldi precisi perché non aveva il resto e se pagavi con la carta dovevi pagare per tutti. Inoltre il resto in contanti che mi è stato dato era sbagliato.
Sconsiglio vivamente Donald a chiunque ,come me , si trovi per caso ad Ariano.

09/12/2023: I panini con würstel non valgono la visita: pane e würstel, per me, da migliorare. Prenderei come esempio i chioschi viennesi. Anche i prezzi, a mio avviso, alti (11+ euro per un hot dog…). Locale molto carino.

28/04/2024: I stayed for 2 days with my wife in this farmhouse. Extremely positive experience. Villa Tre Colli is a concentration of beauty, comfort and goodness. Nicolina's family management with her children allows this structure to maintain its intimacy and authenticity, without ever losing professionalism and reliability, essential for feeling immersed in nature, in contact with Creation. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail and customer attention is maximum. The cuisine, then, with typical local dishes, simple but revisited, is the flagship of this splendid reality. In the splendid dining room with a breathtaking view, Mario expertly directs the customer to choose the best dishes and the most suitable wines. The room is well-kept and spotlessly clean in a fairy-tale silence.
Highly recommended!!!!

29/04/2024: I had the displeasure of having dinner there last night. A profound disappointment! It has a large cellar but otherwise it is 1--.
At the service of 3, the spoon cannot be presented at the table among the cutlery before bringing spaghetti with tomato, black olives and capers to the table. I'm not someone who knows etiquette by heart but this made me cringe.
What about the person sitting at the other table. A well-dressed gentleman who thought it appropriate to take off his shoes at the table. (I don't even do this at my house) and then while he was eating he let out a series of belches. I was left speechless.
The owner has something to review in the management of his tavern.
One thing is for sure, if I were to return to Ariano Irpino, I will definitely not go there for lunch or dinner.

06/04/2024: The road to get there is not exactly linear... Characteristic and ancient place (former oil mill) with only 4 tables. Good food, some excellent, but more spectacular (a giant tray with dishes as large as an olive or a chip). We refreshed ourselves with fresh bread and some breadsticks, good because they used lard (not exactly healthy), and then the wines, 3 glasses of IGP, paid the same as a bottle of D.O.C.G. Furthermore, the place had an unpleasant musty smell (not much, but you could smell it, he told us that it only does it when it rains) I wouldn't go back anyway, there is better around for less money
