13/04/2025: I don't discuss the quality of the food, everything is too little and everything as I see in previous reviews is always the same food. The chef says and claims that every day he prepares something different and new but this is not the case. You cannot pay 30 euros per person for a 4-course starter, a first course and a dessert, always the Catalan cream. It doesn't give you a choice of a fixed menu at almost zero cost, eggs, potatoes and chickpeas... I'm sorry because the food was good, but really ridiculous... I don't really know what all these positive reviews are based on... it's about a gastronomic journey without logic also because it only brings a jug of wine regardless of the courses, the journeys are different... and it's not a starred chef

29/12/2024: Invited to a birthday party, when the time came to eat the cake made at the Dolcemente pastry shop in Siderno, I appreciated the softness of the truly light sponge cake, which melted in the mouth. The syrup was very delicate. Exquisite cream with chocolate chips. Really excellent. Congratulations 👏👏 I couldn't help but share my review.
