05/08/2026: Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience, not so much because of the staff, who were very kind, but because of the food, which we found truly awful. We ordered two daily menus, starting with a mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses. Knowing Calabria well, I can say that one thing they really excel at is cured meats and cheeses. At the butcher's, I didn't find the same quality of ingredients. We had a series of courses: chicken (raw inside), meatballs (also raw inside), supermarket-quality mixed meat skewers (with sausages), mediocre and very greasy roulades. The only good things I can say were the arrosticini, the sausage, and the capocollo. Besides that, the wine was good to taste, but it left our mouths feeling dry and stuffy all night. To top it all off, a nasty fly on our plate. I had an immediate stomach upset at the restaurant, while my companion was sick all night in his room. I expected more from a restaurant that serves meat.
