27/03/2025: Warning: it is addictive. Characteristic place, familiar and pleasant environment. Very kind and attentive staff. Mimmo Pinelli, the owner, welcomes you as a good host, immediately making you feel at ease. Excellent dishes expertly cooked by the chef, truly excellent and well served. Fresh fish. In short, what more can I say, 5 stars you more than deserve.

22/03/2025: A missed opportunity. I could start like this. And that's a shame. The environment is characteristic, but the pleasant sensations unfortunately stop here. It was NOT possible to taste anything, because after 40 minutes of waiting (checked with the clock and therefore given NOT questionable and NOT erroneous), two different calls to the waiter (who postponed the order request both times) NO ONE wanted to take note of our preferences for the dishes. Even admitting that the place was full, it is impossible to justify the customers' unwillingness to take orders. I want to underline that in many cities visited and many places tried I had NEVER had a similar situation happen to me. Two waiters seen on duty, only one of whom tried to offer willingness to bring some drinks, which were obviously refused, preferring to leave the table and above all the place (also because the hypothesis was to wait at least a further half hour/hour between order and dishes). I suggest a reorganization of table service, given that there aren't that many who agree to wait more than half an hour just to be the object of attention from the staff for the few seconds needed to place the order. I hope for the other customers that the experience is mine alone, and that it will not be repeated. I will definitely NEVER return to this place again.

The summer opening sees tables in the garden in front of the structure and the atmosphere gets even better; the outdoor tables are immersed in the small park adjacent to the structure, where there are also games for children. Food and environment at 🔝! Back at the end of summer, the pizza is still excellent! Unique flavor also for the last pizza tried (Assassina), with bacon, scamorza, mozzarella and tomato! Back again in the middle of winter. The exceptional flavors of the pizzas are absolutely confirmed! Tried a superb Provola and Speck pizza! Returned, gladly, and always pleasantly impressed! Excellent pizzas of all types New visit to the restaurant. The flavors are excellent and have now become unmistakable for me. The tuna and onion pizza was excellent but the others ordered were also exceptional! Returned, with a splendid Apulian pizza at the table, truly worthy of being remembered! Returned in the summer, when the outdoor area is fully open. Excellent flavor, excellent pizza 🍕 Always come back with great satisfaction! 23/03/2025: Being a Professional Musician I have been touring various activities throughout Southern Italy for years, I had the pleasure of playing at the Grillo Restaurant on Sunday 23 March, I received a wonderful welcome from Federico the owner, a true restaurant professional, and from all his staff, always attentive to every need of the customers, the location is very beautiful on the sea and easily reachable, I tasted a seafood appetizer well served with strong and delicate flavors at the same time, since I am dedicated and I also know about cooking, as a chef registered with the Italian Chefs Federation I want to return not as a musician but as a customer and taste other dishes that I saw served while I was playing, I highly recommend visiting Grillo Restaurant and tasting its expertly prepared specialties.

16/03/2025: The most beautiful reality on the Ionian coast..chic place with breathtaking view..top service and delicious cuisine.. Fresh fish specialties cooked in an excellent manner.. And all framed by Mr. Federico who welcomes and delights his customers from the beginning to the end of the gourmet experience. Highly recommended!!!
