08/01/2026: I went to L'Oste d'Arberia a few days ago for lunch with friends.
Calling it a restaurant is an understatement: the attention the entire staff showed us, from the welcome to the tour of the entire establishment, was something that went beyond the food. The menu follows seasonality, and each dish, conceived and presented with passion, expresses the local area in which this establishment is immersed. It goes without saying, of course, that everything was excellent.
I will absolutely return.

08/02/2026: We returned to this restaurant in the center of the village after a few years, welcomed by the owner who expertly guided us through the choice of dishes.
Differing opinions among the diners (8) regarding the quality and originality of the dishes... I personally really enjoyed the roast goat.
The cost-benefit ratio leaned a bit... towards the price.
It's never worth ordering "center courses"; the classic individual portions are better.
The village is always lovely.

09/03/2026: We were with friends over the weekend and discovered Giovanni's restaurant. He welcomed us without a reservation, simply calling to confirm it was open. His helpfulness and hospitality were comforting and engaging. The food was excellent, and we especially appreciated the authenticity of the ingredients—everything from the appetizers to the first and second courses was excellent. The place is surrounded by nature and features a fireplace. These elements, along with Giovanni's stories, made us feel right at home. Furthermore, at the end of lunch he surprised us with a tart that tastes like Grandma, Mom, and home. Kudos to the chef!

We couldn't have made a better choice!
The owner and location are top notch! The owner was incredibly kind, we had a wonderful lunch, the food was excellent, and we felt at home like we hadn't felt in a long time. The value for money was incredible!!! Thank you! I recommend it to everyone!

25/01/2026: I can't rate it as a restaurant, but the pizza was truly awful. We had a table of seven, seven pizzas that needed a chainsaw to cut, and they were incredibly tough. And then the annoying thing was that frying smoke was coming from the kitchen and filling the dining room. Perhaps the kitchen exhaust system needs to be improved. We had to take our jackets to the dry cleaners; I've never had anything like that happen in all the restaurants I've been to.
13/01/2026: Excellent. Service and menu with typical local dishes. I recommend it.

23/07/2024: Posto tranquillo nel cuore del centro storico a due passi dalla piazza centrale. Personale attento e accogliente, panini ottimi con ingredienti di prima qualità.

01/06/2025: Prenotato in mattinata, personale gentile ed accogliente. pranzo di domenica, locale con tutti i tavoli occupati, ma in meno di 1 ora avevamo finito di pranzare. rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. cicoria selvatica saltata in padella da non perdere
26/04/2025: Locale carino al centro di Cicita, cucina classica a mio parere con nulla di esaltante.
Prezzi leggermente al di sopra della media per i ristoranti del posto.
Cortesia di alcuni dei camerieri che lascia un po a desiderare.
