03/03/2024: Second time takeaway, second disappointment, arrived absolutely on booking time, waiting for beer service at the tables, pizzas evidently ready for a while, cold, I add a little pricey. A little less coldness in the service would be appreciated, but there won't be a third.

29/01/2024: I have booked for 8.30pm. The order was taken at 8.40pm. The pizzas arrived at 10.15pm. The pizza was good but not great based on the price. The center of the pizza was just melted cheese.

24/03/2024: We had dinner last night with a vast à la carte choice and an inviting menu for at least 2 people, the cuisine is nothing short of excellent, fast and with attention to the smallest details, the fish, both raw and cooked, is very freshly caught locally, the service was impeccable with excellent advice from the staff who follow the customer with kindness and courtesy. the place is welcoming and enjoys a fantastic sea view. The pizzeria is fast and also offers a takeaway service. Overall a great place with varied and excellent food.

La Torre Infame contains all this, together with the kindness of those who welcome you and guide you along a tasteful journey. Absolutely worth returning to savor everything that wasn't possible at once. Price quality more than honest.

04/02/2024: Something must have happened to the pizza chef because tonight, the first Sunday of Carnival, I received the worst pizzas of my life from them! Raw, cold and without salt, as well as stuffed with very low quality ingredients. Sin! P.S.: As I had already told you on the phone, I have always been your customer and for this reason I was very disappointed by the superficiality of the treatment. Those who enjoy a good reputation cannot afford sudden and unmotivated changes. P.P.S.: I do not have and have never had relatives in any restaurant business. :)

Mismo si la respuesta del dueño a este comentario es que los horarios están publicados... había mismo un cartel en la entrada que decía abierto y no era así. Normalmente uno no llama antes de ir a un lugar si en Google maps dice que está abierto y mismo en la puerta hay un cartel que dice: siamo aperti. En fin...

24/02/2024: Non consiglierei questa pizzeria neppure al mio peggior nemico. Ho ordinato due pizze a domicilio, mi hanno dato un orario, il quale non è stato minimamente rispettato: era previsto per le 21/21:30 e sono arrivate alle 22 passate. Ho dovuto richiamare più e più volte e la risposta era sempre la stessa: "le pizze stanno partendo" partono da New York o da Castrovillari? Si sono scusati di questo ritardo dicendomi:" e ma il sabato sera lavoriamo tanto" non me ne capacito, noi il sabato non possiamo ordinare da loro quindi? Avessero detto prima che non era possibile avrebbero fatto più bella figura. Ne fosse valsa la pena di questa attesa: pizze quasi fredde e bruciate. Inoltre rapporto qualità-prezzo non adeguato. Consiglierei ai proprietari di questa attività di cambiare nome, poiché non rispecchia la realtà.

20/03/2024: I'm sorry to have to give negative reviews to the restaurants I visit (I generally prefer to ignore it and give the benefit of the doubt), but... when it's needed, it's needed! It may have been due to the packed place (on a Saturday night), but the organizational machine certainly didn't work. Staff in a clear state of stress, at times irritable, very slow and imprecise service, cuisine... in a hurry, to the point that, for example, my son's long-awaited pasta dish finally arrived RAW! (It would be completely out of place to call it al dente as it wasn't really chewable). Some of the portions were literally halved compared to others, as if the provisions had proved insufficient compared to the orders taken. Imagine the disappointment after the very long wait. But the unacceptable aspect remains the constantly annoyed and irritating attitude of the person in charge of our table, especially considering that we were not kids on leave but a large group of composed tourists over fifty, with very polite and limited children in tow. Bad experience...

18/02/2024: Unfortunately, in recent times, they have started using very low quality ingredients for the pizzeria, which is truly a shame. I won't go back. The one in the photo was supposed to be a pizza with mortadella, pistachio cream and buffalo mozzarella...none of that.
