02/03/2025: Nice place, we arrive for lunch on Sunday as a lunch break on a long journey, the place is crowded, luckily they find us a seat, the staff is polite but unfortunately it takes an hour to be able to order, never mind given the crowding; on the menu there are fusilli and they should be fresh pasta if I read correctly, which is also possible, we order them with ragù, unfortunately it takes another half hour to have them at the table; here too, given the people present, patience, but ... The fusilli that should be fresh pasta do not seem to be fusilli al ferretto or fileja, types of pasta that I know quite well since I often make them at home, in addition to this they have a strange consistency as if they were overcooked and they look like they have an S-shaped profile and are smooth as if drawn, patience here too, but in the sauce some pieces of bone come out, which can also happen at home but in a restaurant should not, my partner unfortunately at the first forkful, at the sensation of the bone between her teeth, can no longer eat and leaves the plate full, shame because the sauce is not bad even if I have tasted better, the meat is good and the sausage too, I discard the sauce as it slides off the pasta, and I eat the pasta and the meat being careful, we get up with a full plate left in full view, the staff notices but says nothing, we pay, no one asks us about the plate that was left untouched or if we enjoyed it, patience here too, it was not the case to create controversy, they ask us if we want coffee or bitter which we refuse, and to be honest they spontaneously give us a discount without even letting us know. In short, I couldn't say, on the one hand the place is nice and the staff was stressed, on the other hand you don't go to a restaurant to go hungry 😅; since it was a single experience we could simply have been unlucky, but just in case next time we'll organize the driving break elsewhere.
