16/11/2023: More than excellent. Top rooms, excellent view, owners beautiful people. Possibility to dine in the structure... unquestionable quality, unique goodness! From one to ten, I'd say 11!

10/09/2023: Terrible, owner not available and not professional, we booked and realized immediately after paying that they didn't accept animals, we phoned after 10 minutes of booking, a manager replied who told me they would let me know if they could make an exception from I'd like to point out that I have a Pomeranian so it's really a small dog weighing 2 kg anyway they never let me know and called me back and they were rude that there was more than 10 days left I turned to Booking who were very kind and sent the cancellation request and without penalty which unfortunately the structure had to pay but the owner didn't reply to me and I ignorantly called back my request, she didn't make an exception but she never called me back as she said because she said she hadn't received the email from Booking but that's not true because I had received the request we made the request again and if they wouldn't have let her know to contact her but no moral of the story she sent me a miserable message on the morning of the booking after having written to her that she couldn't accept the request i.e. the refund once unsympathetic person, not professional and not at all nice towards the customer, I don't recommend it to you, people who don't know how to work, I lost €97 but she earned a negative review, it's bad publicity, thank goodness not everyone is like that in Belvedere Marittimo, look for something else, I'm The B&B Crispino was absolutely kind, the owner and the cleaning lady were very helpful so look carefully (unfortunately he was busy). Anyway, he could have canceled the reservation because I immediately took action, he's a thief

12/09/2023: I had dinner with some friends on August 22nd, the place was not crowded, we were received by the waiter (certainly it must have been the maître), elegant, prepared and very professional, we ordered 2 complete seafood appetizers, 2 peppered mussels, 2 mixed fried fish and 2 slices of tuna, water and a bottle of white wine. The fish starters were good but scarce for the price paid, while the mussel pepata was horrendous: Overcooked, most of them were empty and, what was worse, they had previously been cooked with tomato, completely distorting the original recipe of the pepata di mussels (garlic, oil, parsley and black pepper, stop). The mixed fried foods were simple calamari and prawns, the tuna steak was not up to the standard of the location, I would have expected something tastier. The service was very fast and well looked after until the end of the seconds, then total oblivion, neither the maître nor the other waiters even paid us a glance, they didn't care in the slightest if we wanted a dessert or if we were interested in something else, I ended up having to call them to get desserts. The bill was slightly higher than the offer, but that's okay. In conclusion I was disappointed by the expectations, given the location I was expecting something more professional.

12/10/2023: Review from August the place would be nice but badly managed by incompetents instead of following whoever comes they are chatting not caring if you are served at the table after a long wait someone came but then if they forgot to bring us a drink and if they went back to chatting between colleagues we left because even after several reminders we left
