Nel pittoresco borgo di Belvedere Marittimo una realtà culinaria di alto livello impreziosita dalla presenza di uno staff di giovani motivati che trova nell'arte dell'accoglienza una ragione di crescita e vita.Piatti deliziosi menù di pesce accattivante mai banale. Grazie perché il sapere passa anche attraverso i sapori!!

Excellent dishes with quality and local products. Wide choice of wines from well-known wineries, but their rosé wine is also excellent. Elegant but not sumptuous environment, furnished with particular taste and suitable for quiet evenings as a couple or with friends. Attentive and available service for every request. Closing with their amaro 30nodi (also from the area) completes the menu. Had a pleasant evening with friends. A small criticism that would make it (in my opinion) at the TOP: the fabric table linen is missing and having the servings a little more generous would certainly be appreciated. I will definitely go back!

A really nice experience overall, with good food, a very welcoming environment and a very polite and satisfying service. At the end of the evening the host Salvatore very helpfully offered us a tour of the entire property, confirming that the event room in a unique cave, the terrace with sea view and the 7 rooms make this place a small pearl that is worth visit.

The Sapori e Saperi restaurant is a perfect location when you want to spend a moment of refined authenticity of dishes and company. The service is excellent and the food delicious. We always come back willingly.

Bellissima location ideale per chi vuole trascorrere una serata all'insegna del buon cibo. Ottimi i piatti che variano dalla tradizione all'innovazione con quel tocco di familiarità che rende l'esperienza piacevole e rilassante. Torneremo certamente. Consigliatissimo!

Settembre 2023. La tradizione calabra servita con modernità! Del resto il ristorante è consigliato dalla Lonely Planet. Una garanzia! Se siete in zona è da non perdere! Ottimo!

26/03/2024: A very pleasant surprise. We found it by chance together with my wife. A place abroad that is far from welcoming, but very often it is the first step towards eating and feeling great. The guys in the room are kind young people and you can see from 1000 km how they care about everything working well. The food is really of excellent quality (I ate a fantastic podolica tart), mushroom pasta with a truly remarkable aroma and flavour. Potatoes, sausage, Caciocavallo, top... in short, we are still 2 steps away from Sila and these dishes are a must here. Black pig with pistachio to eat and eat and eat again! 😁 Super highly recommended
23/03/2024: The Calabrian cuisine that everyone likes Welcoming environment and typical cuisine that makes you feel at home. Selected local raw materials, such as black pig cured meats and Silani cheeses. The chef's rigatoni with sausage, mushrooms and Nduja are superlative, as is the Mpacchiuse potato pie, sausage and caciocavallo Silano DOP. The pizza is very good, simple without creating pizzas with three thousand ingredients on it.
