Pizza molto leggera e veramente buonissima. Servizio al tavolo impeccabile. Tempi di attesa brevi. A fine cena ci hanno omaggiato con caffè e amari. Personale gentilissimo e attento in sala. Consigliato 10+

03/03/2024: Dishes with a balanced and stimulating taste, a concert of sensations. The ingredients are well dosed and expertly combined. Welcoming and pleasant environment, even if in the cold months the proximity to the entrance door is a bit noticeable. Competent and friendly staff. Short and concise but quite varied menu. Good presentation. The seafood salad leaves a sensation of freshness in the mouth that allows you to enjoy the taste of the fish until the end. Delicate squid enriched by pea cream in a skilful way. Lemon sorbet creamy and sweet at the right point, without contrasting too much with the dishes eaten previously. The swordfish with caponata and the cod with gazpacho are also delicious, the presentation of the millefeuille is excellent. Prices high but in line with the level of the dishes. Reservations are a must on weekends in the cold months as tables outside are not available. Highly recommended

21/02/2024: Great award winning gelato...a must stop if in the centre of Catanzaro especially if near the Politeama theatre which is opposite the bar.., their gelato was freshly made the same day with all the interesting gorgeous flavours you can wish for...service was great too...and staff was friendly. Definitely visit again.

26/02/2024: Pizzeria restaurant, La Speranza, the place located in Santa Maria presents itself in a classic way inside, I wanted to try the pizzeria part, as a rotisserie everything is very good except the rice ball, very hard to my taste, chicken wings a little spicy right, good potato croquettes and French fries, the perfect pizza, not greasy, thin as I like it and not at all heavy..I concluded with the good hazelnut truffle desserts, but if I can recommend taking the classic Tiramisu, also this very good, not too sweet. I end up with the service, wonderful people, very smiling and kind. I'll be back to try the restaurant part 👍

06/02/2024: We have been going there for some time now, magnificent place in every way, the crepes are phenomenal, starting from the savory ones to the sweet ones, very particular tastes, one better than the other. The owners are super friendly, it's always a pleasure to spend an evening with friends in this place

The consistency of the pizza is sublime and the ingredients genuine. I would recommend anyone wanting to spend a peaceful evening to drop by.

07/03/2024: I'm from Catanzarese by chance... not a good impact but after the service it's a welcome from home, it's the best I could receive, ending with spaghetti with garlic and oil made like my grandmother made them.... to come back to try the pasta with potatoes.

The small size makes it a familiar and intimate place, perfect for creating unforgettable memories, in the warmth of a "real" fireplace. The cuisine is a true delight for the senses, with typical Calabrian dishes, in particular from Catanzaro, which bring back the authentic tastes of the culinary traditions of the past. The staff is incredibly kind and thoughtful, making every visit an unforgettable experience. Although I have eaten here many times, each time is like the first, and I can't wait to return. Furthermore, the prices are more than reasonable considering the quality and generosity of the portions. I highly recommend this restaurant to families and friends looking for a memorable lunch or evening.

05/11/2023: First review for the fried foods. I tried several things, from arancini with provola and ndujia to other good things whose names I don't know. Judgment? Excellent. Usually during the week there is always a queue and there must be a reason. Prices... €1.00 and €1.20 per piece. I plan to try the pizza by the slice.

23/03/2024: We met with friends for dinner, we immediately noticed a nice welcome, after 5/10 minutes a girl arrived to order and she was very quick and hasty, immediately afterwards the drinks arrived even though the place was very full and after not even 5 minutes the starters arrive....it almost seemed like they wanted to chase us away given the speed, as soon as the starters were finished Leo the very nice and efficient boy in the room brings us the very good and excellent quality sandwiches, in the end we stayed chatting and they offered us also the bitters and chocolates, excellent experience, highly recommended
