13/08/2025: A casual yet welcoming place, like the very kind waitress who looked after us. We had lunch with two very generous, tasty, and well-seasoned first courses. We didn't order anything else because we had to get back on the road, but the menu offers traditional dishes that looked very interesting. Highly recommended!

17/08/2025: We visited this restaurant three times during our stay in Matera. The service was impeccable, the wine list was extensive, the wait time was average, and above all, the food was truly delicious! Thank you.

17/08/2025: Terrible experience. I went to dinner here a few days ago with a group of friends. My only lasting memory is of rude, intrusive, and unpleasant service. Starting with the dishes and wines the waiter insistently "recommends" (or tries to impose, to be fair). He then proceeds to blame the guests amidst the delirium of service (I open the restaurant menu and find the first sheet missing from its cover: I don't have time to pick it up, read it, and put it back together before I'm scolded for dismantling the menu). So many banalities that make the stay and the evening highly unpleasant. Another sore point about the service is the lack of staff. We spent the evening with the waiter rushing around, saying "I'll be there after I've been to the other table" every time we asked for an audience (perhaps they should adjust the staff to the restaurant's capacity, or adjust the number of guests accommodated based on staffing). All these aspects contributed to a tragicomic and unpleasant atmosphere, which this place would have the (unexploited) fortune to find within a romantic and timeless setting like that created by the Sassi of Matera. I find these unpleasant experiences both in various reviews from those who had unluckily stumbled upon this place before us, and in the clumsy and rude responses given to them. My mistake for not having read these reviews first. A quick note on the food: nothing special, dishes that were average, but not particularly impressive. But overall, they were made secondary by the circumstances we found ourselves in.

10/08/2025: We went for dinner for a seafood grill: sea bass, squid, and fresh, delicious prawns… the staff was very friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed the "casual" beach-like atmosphere at night, especially since we were able to enjoy an after-dinner drink on the beach. I'll be back soon.

25/07/2025: Qualità e Professionalità. Il posto giusto per gustare un dolce strepitoso e artigianale. Non potete non assaggiare le favolose “Tette”. Eccezionale.

09/06/2025: Ice cream shop with few flavors but all excellent, outdoor patio even if in the shade very hot, muggy because it is completely closed by PVC curtains, there is no air circulation, staying there to enjoy the excellent artisanal ice cream they sell is impossible because it makes you feel sick.

17/08/2025: Bad experience, poor food for what we paid, the owner's son who gave us the bill was arrogant and presumptuous, we won't return.

30/08/2024: 2 days before we were there we met the owner on our walk. Very very friendly. When we said we didn't have a vehicle she told us we should come at 7pm instead of 8pm when they open. We did that too and she gave us a nice place. We then ate bruschetta twice, wonderfully fresh small tomatoes with rocket and dried peppers. Then a pizza salami and a capricossa. We drank cola and shandy. We felt good in this pizzeria today. When we paid we had €27 on the bill for everything. At the end we wanted to say goodbye and thank you when the boss asked a man to drive us to our facility, 2.5 km away. Really great on the unlit streets, thank you Grazie.
